  Good people from the service to the clean room during this pandemic everything went well I can understand the no breakfast, I got to play my speaker music with no one bothering me or complaints thank you bob -owner and front desk ladies and the person to clean my room

  After work hard during the COVID 19 as a essential worker I decided to take a family vacation I was used booking.com when I got to the location I was overcharged the amount promise the room was terrible bad odor breakfast and never got a refund for been overcharged I will never visit again and I highly recommended you spend your hard earned money elsewhere This is NOT a great place to stay Super8 8001 Lavelle Way Pensacola FL

  BE AWARE: This is a Wyndham property, which can be sub-par, to put it lightly. Think I make this up? Check reviews for Wyndham Travelodge at the airport in Bangor Maine (by far, the worst hotel Ive stayed at) or Wyndham Travelodge in Deltona Florida (another wonder property). Not all are bad, but you need to be aware anytime you see Wyndham. Here my story about this place: We were on an eastward trip along I-10 from California to Florida and decided to push further east to get on the east side of hurricane Sally, which was about to make landfall around the Mobile area. We made it to Pensacola and thought we were far enough away from the storm, which, it turned out, was wrong, so we pulled off at the Hwy 297 (#8) exit and pulled into the first hotel we noticed. The Super 8. We did drive later into the evening to race the storm so we arrived around 9:00 pm. Once in the lobby, I was told by the clerk that they had availability and I thought the price was reasonable. The owner (or manager) stepped up and told me that in addition to my credit card and license, he required a $50 deposit. I had no problem with this, as we all know, many hotels require the same thing and I told him fine. Imagine my surprise when he said the deposit had to be CASH! It was late, I was tired, and, frankly, I didnt have 50 bucks in my pocket. He would not agree to charge it to my card which is standard. Why would he do this? Well, if he tries to keep the cash for any reason, you have no way to dispute the charge with AMX or any other card. Maybe he finds that many people forget to pick up the deposit when checking out or the money wont be available until 9 or 10 in the morning which is much later than many people would want to leave, so they walk away from the refund. Anyway, in a cashless society, its not ethical and frankly, cheap. Keep in mind, this interchange has many hotels to choose from. We simply drove across the street to the Red Roof Inn. Guess what? Price the same and no mention of cash deposits. Pass this location and choose one of the others. That is, of course, you want do donate $50 bucks to this dude. I dont think so.

  Tv would not work floors are dirty. Ac kept messing up. Worst service ever. Shower doesnt drain. Total waste of money.

  Asked the guy at the desk to come look at the tv for me because it wont work and he tells me it the contract. Basic channels should of been on it it was a total of 30 channels 2 to 115 and only a few worked. The face of the ac kept falling off and the floor ls were dirty and the freaking bathroom shower filled up with water. Never again

  Disgusting

  There is visible dirt on the floor, in the tub and sink and on the walls. There was a drink in the fridge. It smells like mildew. There was a large group that partied in the parking lot all night and judging from the trash all over that area, it looks like they do this every night. We were awaken at 8:46 am by housekeeping opening our door. Very disappointing to have wasted money on this.
