  Great value

  Very nice recent redo...fresh, clean, easy interstate access, with restaurants and gas nearby. Simple continental breakfast, but we are toast and coffee peeps, and considering price...A-OK. Would certainly book again...use Choice Hotel website for best price.

  Clean and updated but in a rundown neighborhood

  The hotel property is quite nice for a budget motel - the room was clean and the furnishings looked pretty new. The parking area was also clean - no trash laying around. There were several homeless people sleeping outside the building across from the parking lot, however. Not much in the immediate area other than fast food and a dollar store.

  Freshly refurbished room, questionable neighborhood

  Room was freshly refurbished and very nice. if anything, the odor of outgassing brand-new furniture was quite strong and borderline annoying, but can't complain about what is ultimately a good thing. Hotel is in walking distance of the arena, Greyhound station, and downtown. If you explore the area by foot, use caution, especially after dark and especially if you approach the property via the side streets rather than Broadway.

  Much better than expected

  Admittedly, I was a little concerned about staying here, but the price was very fair and any concerns I had were totally unfounded. The hotel area is clean, well lit, and away from city turmoils. The staff was polite, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all of the amenities were functional. As a Choice member, my total bill for the nights stay came to just under $60... Heck, I felt so good about the savings I treated myself to dinner at Skinny Js. (highly recommended) For those looking for night life, the strip/area near the restaurant was well lit, had a lot of interesting things to see and do, and was within a 15-20 minute walk. A very pleasant and secure nights rest!

  Go somewhere else!

  Avoid this place at all costs. Pay a little more if you have to. It is not riverfront, so dont let that fool you. Upon arrival we considered canceling this booking and going elsewhere. Should of went with our instinct. Rooms smell bad. There's trash everywhere. The worst stay we had during our cross country travel. No breakfast offered. They mention this after you pay of course. The owners are literally crazy too watching your every move. It's no surprise though with all the shady characters and homeless around. Just a gross neighborhood. Stay away. Update: First they gave us a smoking room which was disgusting. I requested another room which happens to be missing a comforter top on one bed. I decided just to deal at this point and sleep with only a sheet. There were people outside making noise well into the night which kept waking us up until 4am. The next morning we left and on our way out I get a call from the owner on my cell phone accusing me of stealing a blanket from the room. Yes, seriously, he accused me of stealing a nasty motel blanket. Never experienced that in my life. So far the most frustrating part of our trip was stopping in Little Rock. It was a random and regretful decision on the road. If you can, Id suggest skipping over all of Arkansas. It is just not worth it. Once in Tennessee, we were met with hospitality.
