  Rate was good, but...........

  Stayed here on a business trip to Medford. This location is on the old highway 99 (Riverside Avenue). Check in was alright (had made reservations). Given a room on ground floor. Room was okay, but upstairs was noisy as was street noise. Breakfast the next morning was not good. I will stay at the Rodeway Inn (just north about a block or two. Rate is a little higher, but room and breakfast much better and the Rodeway Inn is quieter.

  Do Not Stay Here

  The Rude desk clerk when I showed up at 4:00 pm would not check me in. He made me book and pay online. Then he checked me in. The room was disgusting. Filthy, stained Bed Linens and pillows, bedding did not appear to have been washed, chair had brown stains all over, bathroom had mold and was covered in grime, light bulbs were missing, drawer knobs missing, bathroom window gross, carpet was sticky, smelled like turpentine. I slept on towels in my clothes to avoid bed bugs. Lastly the breakfast was as disappointing as the room. poor selection, most containers empty or filled with sickly looking food. If this were the only accommodation available I would sleep in my truck. Avoid Avoid. update: After I posted a negative review on the choice hotel website the manager sent a canned response. He sent it from a do not reply email. I expect that choice hotels makes franchisees respond to negative reviews. but he really does not care and does not want to correspond or compensate me for the disgusting room. This is the type of hotel property that will hurt the reputation of the entire brand. Choice hotels should drop this embarrassment of an establishment from its portfolio. Due to staying at this dump I will never stay at an Econo Lodge again.

  Disappointed with location-drug dealers lurking around

  Bathroom tiles not clean. Bathroom floor was spongy feeling People who were clearly not guests came into breakfast area and grabbed most of bagels, muffins, fruit, etc and packed food in backpacks and took off

  Good deal

  We stayed in one bedroom wirh 2 queen beds. Room is clean and descent, bed in comfortable, Amenities inside the room imcluded microwave and refrigerator. Air conditioning unit worked really well especially it was 96 degree outside. Good location. There are a lot of fast food restaurants and stores around. It has swimming pool too. Check in was fast. Room didnt look fancy as shown in booking.com site, but I have no complain. S far so good for short stay. Recommended!

  Good deal

  Arriving late at night we found the motel hard to find, due to the one way street, but we eventually got there. Girl on the reception desk was very helpful. Room was big and clean and great value for money. Breakfast was provided but was very basic. The chap on the reception desk when we checked out was not very helpful, some other guests helped us with directions.
