  College Visit

  Stayed here so my step daughter could visit University of Oregon. Facility was clean and comfortable. The place was reasonably priced and fit our needs. Very close to the university. We would stay here again.

  A sleeper

  You might think twice about staying here because the price is so much less than other properties in the area, but don't. This place is just great. Our king suite was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's two blocks from the Busy Bee cafe, where you can get a great meal for a low price. This is quite a find in a college town.

  Good, but not so good

  The hotel was clean with what appeared to be recently renovated rooms. The hardwood floor in the room was nice, always better than carpet. The parking lot is small making it hard to get in and out. The breakfast was disappointing. There were a group of people in the small breakfast area for close to an hour. Access to any of the offered food items was impossible during this hour. After the group left, there wasn't anything left - the hotel didn't restock even though it was still early. There wasn't even any hot water for tea. I think I'll consider other hotel options the next time we're in the area.

  Nice size room for a great price!

  We spent the night of February 20th here. Check in was easy and the front desk lady was friendly. It seems like a owner operated hotel, The front desk person was the only employee I saw. The hotel office and hallway were very clean. Our room was basic, nice king bed that was comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge. flat screen tv, plenty of bedside lights. The bathroom was large and clean, we had plenty of hot water. The room had a heating/ac unit on the wall, but the room temperature was great the entire night, we never had to turn the heat on! We didn't have a chance to check out the breakfast, but I could smell the make your own pancakes and wished I could have eaten some. Parking was tight, like the earlier post stated. The hotel isn't in the best area of town, but we felt quite safe. We we did hear some traffic and a train early in the morning. The noise level didn't keep us from sleeping. Plain and simple hotel. We would stay again.

  Decent

  Room and bathroom were both very clean which is most important to me when traveling. Beds were okay. Only complaint is the walls are thin...I could hear my neighbors tv until 1am when it finally got quiet.
