  A very fair motel for a very fair price

  Me and my husband stayed at the beginning of June 2019 on the trip to TN. The room was clean, everything worked well (I was very pleased when realizing there were many outlets in the room, so no problem to hook up a laptop, charge the phone etc.). The staff was professional and friendly, everything went nice and smooth. The swimming pool could use a bit of loving, but the whole pool area was clean and it was pleasant to have the plastic walls and roof in the unstable weather. Breakfast could also use a bit of non-sweet tastes, like a few slices of ham or cheese for a toast, but again, everything was clean and orderly. The battlefield is only like 3-5 minutes far, which is very convenient, and in the area there are some restaurants nearby. It is solid 4 stars for me, and I will gladly stay in this motel again if having a journey through the town!

  A short one night stay

  We stayed one night at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites near Chickamauga Battlefield. We arrived very late (2 AM) but the front desk man (who we had to buzz) was friendly. We were in the handicap room 114, which had a king bed, TV, A/C, small fridge, and a microwave. The hotel had a covered pool, which we didn't use, and a separate breakfast room, which I used for a small breakfast. The same front desk man was on duty when we left in the morning, and was as friendly as ever. We appreciated how close the Chickamauga Battlefield was to the hotel. (Actually, that's why we had chosen this hotel). We would stay here again.

  Worst Service Ive Experienced

  I have never seen a hotel, or should I say motel, that is any more disgusting than this place. The gentleman at the front is very rude and could care less about anyone that walks in the door. This dump should not be considered under the Choice Hotel Brand.

  WORST STAY EVER!

  Me and my best friend stayed here one night a week ago, and it was awful. -The hotel doesn't even carry conditioner only shampoo. -There was a to go box of chicken in the microwave when we got there. -Tv remote wouldn't work, only the volume would. -Only 2 outlet sockets worked in the whole room. -Even though we did have a smoking room the blankets were kind of gross. -The shower curtain would not stay closed, water goes everywhere. And the worst part of all..... -THERE WERE ROACH BUGS IN THE SINK WHEN WE WOKE UP. And what makes all this bull even better... THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. Its okay though, ill talk to the biggest boss of theirs I can find. Nasty hotel, I am disgusted. THE CLERK DIDNT EVEN CARE OR APOLOGIZE. Very poorly staffed, I didn't even touch the breakfast, already had to sleep with bugs In the room let alone my meal. So ya'll never stay here! im warning you, these Indians DO NOT CARE YALL SO DONT STAY HERE.

  Econo Lodge Battlefield Inn

  I am very pleased with the customer service I received at this motel. The manager,possibly the owner, went above and beyond for me today. He was very courteous, professional, and friendly which are very good qualities to have when running a hotel but hard to find. I'm pleased to say that I found them here and I will be recommending this place to anybody I know that needs a place to stay either traveling through or waiting on their air conditioner to be fixed at their house locally. Whatever the case may be I highly recommend this motel not only because of the great customer service but also because of the cleanliness of the rooms, the prices are very fair for this time of year,and the location of the property is centrally located in Fort Oglethorpe which makes it easy to get to and from everything including Chattanooga which is not very far from here. I will definitely be staying here again.
