  Poor Hotel

  The front desk was rude, the pool didnt work, our hotel floor was filthy. Just walking on the floor made my feet black. My kids took a bath and the tub leaked all over the floor. The coffee maker didnt work. Our tv remote didnt work. The bed sheets had black specs all over them.

  Ok for what you pay

  Chose this hotel due to price for how long I would be in town for an anniversary trip. Everything was going to fine up till the last night of our trip when I went down and asked for some pool towels and was told that the pool is supposed to be closed down but I was never informed at check in that the pool was down and while my spouse and I was gone housekeeping came into our room to clean even though we had a DO NOT DISTURB DOOR IN THE DOOR KEY LOCK AND HANGING ON THE DOOR and after inspecting what housekeeping did I found out that some feminie personal items of that was BRAND NEW was missing and no where to be found. So I went to to the front desk and made a complaint and asked why would anyone who sees a DO NOT DISTURB notice on someone's door still go in like to me that is an invasion of privacy. I am a choice member so I had a good deal with room rates is the only reason I chose to stay here but I promise you I will not return to this location but another CHOICE hotel in the area the next time I visit. BUT FRONT DESK STAFF WAS AWESOME. Another note I would make I wasn't informed at checkin that breakfast wouldn't be served it would be nice to have your guest(s) know that at check in.

  Picture of hotel on booking is not what you get

  Room has no updated features/ furniture. Looks like it is a hotel that people live in . But already paid money so had to stay but will not again . Not what I expected to be part of the Choice rewards program

  WORST MOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO

  If I could give this place zero stars I would! It was by far the NASTIEST motel weve ever been to and of course we didnt stay, also has some of the rudest workers weve ever came in contact with. Oh and the rooms are infested with ROACHES!!!! not clean at all our clean room had garbage under the beds, dirt all over the comforter on one of the beds, the door wouldnt even shut (room 226 for those who are curious) We asked for a refund but they refused and tried to claim we stayed in the room for several hours but we left 30 mins after being there. Please take my advice and DO NOT STAY AT THE ECONO LODGE 121 East Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge Tennessee!!!

  Shut this hotel down

  Booked 2 nights. First room was a nightmare. Ac didn't work, bed broken, toilet continously running, tub faucet ready to fall off and very dirty. Came back to room on 2nd night. Door did not open. Finally at 1am got it opened. They put us in another room. The TV didn't work in that one. They put us in another room. The door would not shut or open properly. The clerk said to just shut it hard. I asked for a refund. The owner said I would have gotten 2nd night returned if I left that night. Really? I live 6 hours from there and waited until 1am to get in first room to get my medicine from that room. When someone did get back with me 4 days after requesting refund they said the best the owner would do is $40 refund or $5K points for choice hotels. I laughed. The fire Marshall and OSHA would fine the heck out of this dump. Please stay far away from this hell hole. I still have not received the points onto my account. Just very bad service and ownership. Did I mention how nasty the common areas and elevators are? Bad, just Bad.
