  So glad I found this place.

  I had mechanical issues and wound up stranded. This hotel has treated me wonderfully. From allowing the mobile mechanic to work on my vehicle in their parking lot, to asking if Im ok every time they saw me. I will definitely stay here again. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is comfy and the bathroom was clean. All of the staff were polite and helpful.

  Not the best

  We pulled over at this hotel on the way from texas, because we were too tired to keep going. it is located off the interstate but there is no restaurants or anything around. The hotel was very outdated, the front desk staff were not the friendliest and the hotel just looked unclean. This hotel accepted cash which most hotels do not do that unless it is one of those hotels you can rent by the hour if you know what I mean.... it was interior corridors but the hallways were dark and smelled old... the room was ok but again it just didn't look or feel clean. We only slept there for a few hours but I didn't feel very safe there. They have a sign that they serve breakfast but I didn't eat there.... when we checked out they just took our room cards and that's it not even thank you for staying or anything.....this hotel does not represent Choice hotels in a Good way.... I would not recommend this hotel if you are driving thru eutaw I strongly recommend stopping in Tuscaloosa or a city after eutaw because this is not a place you should stay.

  Extremely Rude Owner/Management

  My wife and I are traveling and I needed to find a restroom. The gas stations restroom next door didnt have properly working lights so I scurried in and found the bathroom open and surprisingly clean. But then a man kept beating on the door telling me to get out so I finished my business and as I was walking out of the bathroom door a man I presume is the owner was screaming at me to never come back. A very uncalled for reaction as he hadnt seen or spoken to me prior.

  Horrible Experience

  Got in and room was nice and clean. However after being there a while, we realized the air wasnt working. I called the front desk and asked if they had a fan or a different room. The lady said shed call me back. She showed up to the room a few minutes later on the phone with the owner/manager. He talked her through working on it and then had her tell us that it wasnt cooling because it was cold outside. What?! It was 64 degrees outside and that has nothing to do with how the air works. She leaves and comes back with a fan (pictured below) and just set it down and walks off still on the phone. No explanation, nothing. I went down to the front desk to return this joke of a fan and again asked for a different room. She stated they didnt have any because they had reservations coming in she was still on the phone with the owner/manager and he offered no other solutions. I told them we were checking out and she acted like she didnt want to give me a refund and then said she wasnt sure how to do it. Finally got it and left. Horrible customer service. Dont stay here if you dont like being hot.

  Absolutely disgusting

  This hotel was terrible. The front desk attendant would not allow me to use my Choice Hotel points as I checked into my room for two nights. She was very short with me and had an ugly tone. I tried to show her my choice hotel app on my phone to assure her I was a member who has spent thousands of dollars with choice hotels and there was a huge language barrier, so she seemed to not understand what I was telling her. I just gave up and paid the price. The room is filthy, absolutely filthy. I guess you get what you pay for. Fix your staff, fix your rooms. Walls are super thin, heard the upstairs room walking around every where they went. Super creaky, like the ceiling would collapse. Save your money. This hotel is a sham. Bring Lysol. You will need it. There was tissue left in the peep hole from a previous renter. Not to mention the disgustingly blackened chair with ottoman. It was literally stained black in many areas. Was here for a funeral, shouldve saved my money and stayed with family. Lord. Dont. Do. Guys. You will thank me later.
