STOLE MY PHONE & LOST MY BANK INFONormally I wouldnt waste my time leaving a lengthy review, but in all the years of hotel stays, Ive never received more astonishing service. Ill address the number one issue first. I left my phone in my hotel room on the counter, thinking that Id shoved it in my back pocket at the last second, but making a huge mistake by not, and therefore unleashing chaos for weeks to come that has YET to be resolved 4 weeks later. I was passing through Montana on my way to Washington, and Id first noticed that Id left my cell phone at the hotel once Id already crossed the Washington borders. Several hours away, I called my phone with a hotel employee answering. The person answering the phone assured they could help, and took my husbands number down, my name, my address, and my debit card information, so that they could charge me a service fee and shipping fee in order to ship my phone back to m residence, GUARANTEEING it would be shipped the following day and that I would see it soon. A week and a half passes by with nothing, and I finally call them after giving them the benefit of the doubt. After speaking to numerous people who had no idea what was going on, I was finally handed to the General Manager, Allen. He tells me they lost my DEBIT CARD INFO, ADDRESS, and NAME. He asks for all of his information again, and GUARANTEES it will be shipped the next day. ANOTHER week and a half pass, I get no phone in the mail and no charge on my bank statement. I call AGAIN. The Assistant General Manager doesnt know where Allen is, where my phone is, but PROMISES they will find him, speak to him, look for my phone and immediately call back. 3 days pass. I give them another call. Again, the Assistant General Manager very rudely answers; snarkily replying that she hasnt seen Allen in days, she says he wont be there for another 2 days, tells me she has no idea where my phone is, but that it's not there, but dares to say YOU'RE WELCOME for helping me. I have no idea on how to move forward, my phone was most likely STOLEN, no one will help me, and they LOST MY BANK INFO. I have no idea what kind of establishment is being run here, but for the life of anyone, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There was VERY clearly a PROSTITUTE and man in the room next to me making noise ALL night long. The complimentary breakfast was LITERALLY 2 random pieces of stale white bread on a counter and a rotten orange. For the love of God, NO ONE STAY HERE.

From bad to worseI should have left when the first room they had me go to was completely thrashed and had not even been cleaned from the previous guest. You know when you get that sense this is not going to be good? It just went from bad to worse from there. The place appears to house long term stay residents. The constant never ending noise left me exhausted in the morning. The bed was horrible. I should have just slept in the car but it lacked a bathroom. Breakfast is literally a breakFAST cause you're gonna be fasting due to the lack of food. Red Lion usually has a good reputation. This place is one of those exceptions. Looks like the good reviews were from a few years ago when it was a different establishment. Good Luck travelers.

Basic Modern AccomodationsI stayed here when it was a Motel 6 12 years ago. It is still a nice option - very modern and clean room, even if furnishings are very standard. It is right off 1-90 and convenient for a quick stay. I would recommend staying here.

Avoid this placeChecked in, went to dinner and returned to room. Found out the sink drain wasnt connected when the water went all over the floor. So wheres the process between housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk? Ive counted on Red Lion in the past. Not this one. Room was small and poorly furnished. You can do much better.
