  Beautiful views

  This hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is adequate for what you need for a quick stay. The staff are very friendly. Great location to the lookout. Only a 5 minute stroll down to the water and hetty. A fantastic pub with great food is a two minute walk.

  Great value

  Once again I picked this place as google told me it was the cheapest in town. It did the job very well - clean, very comfortable bed, super quiet and spacious. The location is also excellent as it provides an amazing view of the nearby waterways.

  Absolutely nice motel.

  This little motel was extremely nice and we had a pleasant stay there. We were thinking whether to book a motel near beach or go with this one. Finally we end up staying in this and which was a great decision. The most important thing is that its located next to lookout and you can have some breathtaking views from your room. Also its a less than 5 minutes drive to town centre, so you wont be disappointed staying there. Bed was comfy, but the pillows were too hard and high and linen was bit stiff. Other than that the motel was absolutely stunning. Very well cleaned and have all the basics which you need. The hotel management lady was an extremely nice lady and she helped us a lot by providing some valuable tips to make our visit a great one.

  Positives - * Incredible views * Easy to find location * Quiet * Good customer service * Exceptional value * Clean rooms * Reasonable toiletries * Great pillows * Huge TV Negatives - * Mattresses are too firm- poor sleep * Maintenance needs to be done on the shower rooms- shower drains slowly * Shabby * Poor signal for most channels on TV So, there are pros and cons to staying here... but the price of the rooms reflects their shabbier appearance...so it does balance out. Although replacing the mattresses would certainly encourage repeat trade. Also, their information booklets in the rooms could also be upgraded- it is disconcerting when you open a book and it starts on a list of what you should not do... instead of a welcome. Their website has issues with the contact email not working either... but they are happy to take a phone call for a room

  Terrible

  Way overpriced paid $368 for one night not worth $50. The hotel is old and it smelt so bad, the toiletries had been used, also did not feel safe at all. Needless to say we did not stay, we would rather lose our money than stay here.
