Excellent staffA pretty good value, central location, the staff was efficient and very pleasant and provided great service cheerfully. When in Casper I would stay here again. The facility is older but appears to have been maintained and upgraded.

RamadaThanks for the great service at the front counter. My time was being fulfilled by the advice and conversations and would of liked no different. I had also gave a separate review regarding any difficulties, but had no problem appreciating my visit.

Dont say here!Arrived on Wednesday 3-4-2020 around 6pm, parking lot had the ramada sign covered. Lobby appeared clean. Front desk personnel was a young male who was kind of a jerk and gave us keys to room 183 and said it out loud twice when there was other people checking in. Kind of threw me off because definitely know for security purposes theyre not supposed to say your room number out loud. Also, sign said Pool and spa closed. so we asked him if he knew when the pool and spa would be working, he said he didnt know but hopefully tomorrow. Then went to the room after even making sure with him we had two beds, and it was a king. So after unloading the car with my daughter and my 7 month old and all our luggage, walked back to the lobby to get a new key with a room for two beds. Instead of putting us near the other room where we had already parked he puts on other side of hotel. Thankfully this room did have 2 beds, he couldnt tel us on the map where the room was. Maybe he was new. Unsure. Room was average, curtains dirty. Got into the bed and it looked like either blood or rust on the main blanket. Tried to call front desk, phones dont work. Told front desk that and he said oh yeah they dont. So next day woke up for breakfast went down there at 6am, the breakfast girl was running late and just had got to work, she had it ready at 6:20 and then just was on her phone. Breakfast sucked. Just fruit and stale muffins. Went to front desk and ask if any update on the pool, the front desk girl with a septum piercing said it opens at 7am and we said we were just checking since the sign still said it was out of order she said oh i didnt even see that sign, no one tells me anything! so we didnt plan on it being back up. which i feel like a hotel should really tel you that ahead of time or when youre booking, its just simply not fair we drove 7 hours and now no pool or spa. So that night we went to check, spa and pool were open. Spa was colder than pool. Checked the next night, spa was still cold. Whole place was a disaster. Felt like the management or ownership did not care at all about the hotel part and was more invested in the restaurant, Dukes which was actually really good. Skip this hotel for sure. Management, please use this review and actually improve your hotel or just become restaurant owners.

Pleasantly SurprisedDont let the outside scare you, like it almost did us. We had an online reservation and werent sure wed stay after pulling into the parking lot, but I went inside and was pleasantly surprised. The inside is clean and nice. There are some things that could use attention (carpet, basic updating) but overall it was comfortable and clean. We stayed on our way through the area then on our way back through on our way home we stayed again since the first time was so good. Both rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk agents were very friendly and helpful. The only odd thing we found was the lack of cups in the room. They have single cup coffee makers but no cups and travel mugs are too big. We asked for cups and all they had was a plastic cup, weird for putting coffee in. Otherwise the rooms were well appointed with everything youd need. It looks like they are in the process of changing owners or names and I imagine some things will change but overall this is a good place to stay.

NOT A GOOD HOTELWe were quoted a rate and then they overcharged us and failed to book our entire reservation, then raised the rate on that night too. The key entry at our door was very iffy, The floors were dirty and I don't think our room had been vaccuumed because I kept stepping on debris in my sock feet. The manager didn't care enough to credit our overcharge and OYO customer support said they couldn't do anything to help, so overall it was disappointing, and a hotel should not be run in this way. They really did not seem to care about us at all.
