  You get what you Pay for!

  Location is Awesome! (near SM Davao and restaurants) Room size is fair enough for solo Staff's were nice to me unlike what other commented Rest Room, a little bit old & need renovation (i need to buy air freshener & hang inside the Rest Room) Towels were new during my stay (just get lucky!) with Wi-Fi and good signal Air conditioning fair enough Bed, pillow & blanket were clean during my stay. Soap & Shampoo available & ordinary. Taxi's are always available in the area. Room Rate is Cheap so don't look for 5 star hotel services! You GET what you PAY for! I stay here for two nights. Will I stay here again if given a chance? YES, for practicality versus the Hotel next to it (i also stay there for 3 nights).

  Old, Budget Hotel

  Place is old, badly needs renovation. Hallway is gloomy. Room needs repaint, light is gloomy. Towel used to be white and has been used beyond its maximum lifespan. Breakfast is awful, carenderia would be way better. However, location is excellent, just outside SM. Price is cheap. So my complaints above are justified by the low price. Its just deceiving because its called ecoland suites. It should just be a pension house.

  rooms good breakfast ok ok for sm mall and you are safe in there

  rooms were good but mine no window staff were always smiling and happy and breakfast was varied and good variety ,,central and a good sm mall 500yds away security on doors and you felt safe in th night and seven eleven 20 mtres down street for coffee

  Accessible but......

  Hotel is a 2-min walk from SM which is a very big plus. Spa beside it is also great. BUT while the rooms are clean enough, the comfort room voild be cleaner and could smell better. Water was dripping from the ceiling of the corridor when heavy rains fell. Drainage outside was not good which resulted in flooded spots. If i had a choice and a bigger budget, Id probably stay somewhere else.

  Avoid this hotel!

  This property in in serious need of refurbishment & new management. I did not stay in the hotel as I refuse to shower in a bathroom filled with mould! It is cheaper than other hotels in the area, but for about $10 more you can stay at Home Crest next door (which I did)- and that is a far superior property. I have taken some photos and if youre ok with the state of their bathrooms, then go right ahead.
