  Great views through enormous windows

  Lovely high ceilings and floor boards. Really warm air cons and comfortable bed. Bathroom beautifully fitted off but tap in spa didn't allow enough water through so unable to use spa at all- very disappointing. Breakfast fare ok but bread very average and not enough coffee for two nights. Went to use BBQ but it was filthy with cockroaches very where. No frypan to use in lieu of BBQ

  Wow wow wow We came here on our small getaway with our children looked after by there grandparents. On arrival after traveling down a bit of a bumpy/pot hole road, we arrived at our lodge it was beautiful, modern with the most picturesque views one could ask for. It was quiet well positioned and very quiet, over the night there was not a sound to be heard through out the property. Credit is giving to the owners for having such a clean tidy and beautiful lodges. The only downfall I feel was not a lot of pressure for the spa filling up and couldn't actually have a spa as couldn't get hot water to come out of the tap yet the shower was beautiful and warm. All in all the place was beautiful and enough to reset the hustle and bustle of a busy family life.

  Stunning views, quiet retreat close to Avoca and wineries

  Lovely accommodation, spacious and comfortable. Great views. In the morning the bushes around us were filled with lots of tiny birds of various kinds, ducks on the dams and swans in the sky - I could have sat on the balcony with a long camera lens and just shot birds for ages. The air conditioner was on when we arrived, so the place was cosy on a very cold winters day - a thoughtful touch. Keep the bathroom door open overnight as there isn't any heating in the bathroom itself. Its only a short drive from Avoca, so popping into Avoca for a meal was easy. There was fruit, yoghurt, a camembert cheese and bread, plus plunger coffee in the fridge and cereal.

  Beautiful location.

  These cottages, located within the vineyards and olive groves of the organic certified mt avoca wines, have all mod cons, are well stocked with provisions, are super comfortable, with incredible views from the bedroom. Such a peaceful place. Two nights was not enough. Well worth it for a short break only a 2 hour drive outside of melbourne. The pyrenees wine region has a ton of great wine. And this would be the perfect place to stay.

  Perfect for recharging!

  Absolutely beautiful lodges located on stunning Mt Avoca winery. So quiet & scenic. Breakfast provisions, Mt Avoca wine & more included in room rate. Very comfy bed, huge spa bath. All of the above makes it perfect for recharging. Stayed for 3 nights. We felt very welcome & loved every minute. Especially loved the impromptu tour around the property on the way to helping me sort out heater settings. Thank you David!
