  Hotel para una noche,habitación correcta y desayuno aceptable.El hotel no tiene nada de especial,la ubicacion no muy agradable.Mae Sot no tiene nada de interesante,a no ser que vayas a Birmania o seguir ruta.

  Modern Design for New Hotel

  New hotel with friendly reception. Room are modern. Towels and bedlinen are white and fresh. Bed with thick mattress. Buffet BF included in the price. Good value. Quick free Wi-Fi in all places. Parking. It is easy to find the hotel. It is about 1,5 km from centre.

  Modern design, inexpensive

  They implemented a modern design scheme (including things like an elevator and breezeway bridges) while cutting a few corners here and there. As someone else noted, the soundproofing to the hallway is not good. But there's wifi, you can open the window, it's clean, there's a good breakfast. Having places to hang towels and things would be helpful. The worst part about this place is the location: it's a hike to the main part of town, so you'll want to ride not walk. (Though there's some decent food around, notably the "Waterfall" street food restaurant in sort of an outdoor/warehouse setting 5 minutes down the road. Our friends liked to go to the "Dezign" coffee place a few doors down.) Oh and you might get woken up in the morning by the roosters next door. Not necessarily a bad thing.

  Good and budget hotel

  New hotel.... Room was good, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were there with lot of people from tour and business trip and it was too much for hotel staff probably in low number. We were at high floor but be very careful with handrails from the building, they are definitively too low for children....very dangerous.

  Very pleased with this hotel

  We enjoyed a single night at this hotel. Its 10k from the border. The hotel has 5 bicycles that you can borrow to ride to a local restaurant, which are a few blocks away. The reception staff was great. Their English was good. Our King bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. We did not have the breakfast with your room so I cannot comment on it.
