  Bien puesto. Amplio. Hay algun problema con los drenajes y hay feo olor adentro. Ubicado en la avenida de ingreso. Un poco ruidoso. Igual la pasamos super bien. Lo q no nos gusto es q hay q limpiar o pagar al salir... Byron realmente vale la pena. Es lindisimo.

  El aparthotel está muy bien y es igual que las fotos está muy cercano andando al centro de Byron Bay y la playa Muy cómodo y accesible para personas más mayores porque hay un ascensor Tranquilo y relajante

  Was good for the money

  Friendly check in, room easy to find. Undercover security parking a plus. As is lift access. Room itself (studio) was large enough. Big bed and lounge, working air con. Would have liked the lounge facing the TV though, lol. Great balcony with table and chairs overlooking small pool and spa. Was a bit too cold for me to venture in, although did see some people in. Could hear easily but no noise when sleeping. Kichenette was great, with microwave, big fridge, crockery etc. Was aware that the room was un-serviced for my 3 nights so was careful to take out garbage, clean and put away dishes. Not a big issue but a consideration if you cannot be bothered on holidays. 5 minute walk to main street. Horrendous traffic in Byron so recommend walking into town! Would recommend coming out of school holidays and on weekdays only. Many pubs/restaurants booked out and 'at capacity' due to covid regulations. Will be back when things settle down! Recommended place.

  Great for a few days - some issues

  Pros Good rooms with plenty of living area, comfortable bed and facilities. Staff friendly and helpful, e.g. resolved a Wifi issue quickly. Good for a few nights stay, but that is it. Location was great (a short walk to town), parking available and there was a pool and spa. Generally the staff responded to our requests with little difficulty. We had asked for a ground floor room near the back (quieter) and we did get that room. Cons Really not suitable for extended stays. We were booked for a week and found little effort to make it suitable for that length of time. The fridge was a small bar fridge, held little more than daily supplies. Limited supply of linen, basic essentials only, and we were meant to wash it if it needed replacing. Notices detailing charges if we needed more soap, detergent, coffee etc or anything really, beyond a few days supply. Even pool towels were an extra charge. There didnt seem to be a discounted rate for longer stays - if we stayed shorter stays we would have had enough each time to get by ok? Issues There were several issues the management may need to look at. The wall at the bed head was the same wall where the back gate slammed closed. There was a sign there saying, be considerate and close the gate gently, however very few inebriated residents bothered to read the sign at 2am the slamming gate was a real awakening device!! Surely the management could install a something to ensure a gentle gate closure? We were also disappointed at the small size of the pool and it looked like it had not been cleaned properly during our time there we were not keen to use it. We also noted: There were limited reception hours, especially over the weekend. There was no DVD player as advertised. The sliding door from the lounge, facing the street, could not be locked or secured -an issue for potential access to the unit from the street. We also took out the spare blanket to use on one occasion but it smelled so bad (vomit?) we immediately put it back. Not sure how often they are aired. In conclusion a great place to stay for a few days. However, think twice for a longer time. Can I suggest the staff look at the issues raised above.

  Overnight Accommodation Close to Town Centre

  We stayed here overnight on a road trip to Brisbane. Check-in was just after the office closed, but we received instructions via text message, allowing us to collect our key from the security safe with a code. There was plenty of undercover parking, with internal stair and lift access to our ground floor unit, which opened out on to the pool area at the rear. The day was hot and humid, but the air conditioning was running when we arrived, giving a welcome respite as we brought our luggage in. The unit was sparkling clean, and well equipped for an overnight stay, or for a week or more. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, and the town centre. In the evening, we walked to the ex Services Club for dinner. The next morning, we took the opportunity to walk up to the lighthouse in the cool of the morning. It was a great 2 1/2 hour round trip, walking up through bushland and along the headland ridge top with great views to the north and south, and back by the shorter route along the beach. After the walk, we had a late breakfast in our kitchenette equipped unit before hitting the road again. Overall, a great location for a stopover.
