  Not clean / Not safe

  We stayed at Hotel Eberl for two nights. The location is good, with a lift just a few minutes walking. However, the reason this hotel has left a bad impression, is that the room that was given to us had a dirty toilet, never cleaned after the previews guest. On top of that the room door didn't lock, allowing anyone to go in. No warning was given to us, and when I asked, the receptionist knew about the problem, said someone would come on Monday (we were leaving on Sunday) and presented no solution. On top of all this, she was rude enough to say a firm NO to a later check-out. We ended up paying way too much for the basic services that a hotel should provide: clean and secure room. Staff needs to learn the basic of costumer service and friendliness. You are providing a service and the minimum is to know how to receive guests.

  If this is a 4 star hotel, then I am E.T.

  The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else is below average. It reminds me more of a low quality motel rather than a hotel. Its not clean and the rooms are tiny with absolutely no storage space. The breakfast selection is very limited and the staff are quite arrogant.

  Cute hotel

  I read the reviews on here after I had booked, I did panic slightly. I however found the hotel not to be disappointing. Ok its not the newest and our room was older, but everything was clean. The staff were really nice and made our stay with them quite special. We had a really big room, but I can imagine there are lots of smaller ones. Wellness and pool area new and nicely done. Food wasnt amazing, but it was good enough. Im not sure I would go again, but if your budget was for this type of hotel then there is not much wrong with it.

  good for a SKI holiday

  good position to ski in Mayrhofen area and even to go to Hintertux, ski bus stop is very close to hotel. SPA is quite big and in 2019 was improved (I have been more times). For a dinner/night out in Mayrhofen car is needed.

  Good for this price

  We booked the hotel with touristic agency for 4 nights and we got the room at the new building. The room was nice, very hard and comfortable mattress. The bathroom was very beautiful. Everything was very clean. We had half pension. Breakfasts was very simple and everyday the same. Dinners was not bad and always different. Sauna was closed, only hamam was opened. The swimming pool was nice but there was a family with two teenagers who jumped into and played very noisy so we couldnt enjoy it. We paid 400 for 4 nights 2 adults and 1 child 9 y o.
