  Excelente hotel

  Excelente hotel, cerca de la playa, del aerop. Al centro de la ciudad , 20 min en transp publico. Check inn rapido al igual que check out. Buenas vistas desde la habitacion y muy confortable El shoping està a 200 metros.

  Long stay

  Stayed for 6 days , very good services provided by staff here especially Food and beverage department . I was really impressed with extra care shown by Ms azura that she could prepare my drinks before i rush to catch my transportation and there is another day Mr Parthiban willing to sent my meal which i order for lunch to my room and ask me to go up to hotel first and he personally sent the meal to my room and as all days Ms Sharmila , yuva was very friendly and helpful , i also would like to really thank one of the house keeping lady wearing tudung but she has a very coarse voice who was super friendly and helpful she got me sewing kit when saw me struggling to fix my clothes . i felt home and definitely Eastin will be my all time choice when i come again next month

  Great service

  Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The hotel is located near the queensbay mall few minute's walk). ... "Good value hotel and very friendly staff. Especially kak AZURA kitchen side... good service

  Short stay but very good

  Our room was not too big, but it was nicely decorated & comes with complete amenities you'd expect for a comfortable stay. Although we were facing the main road, you can't hear the traffic noise, which is excellent because the last thing u want is interrupted sleep. And speaking of sleep, their beds are super comfy and their pillows are just nice to my liking i.e. not too soft & squishy like a typical feather pillow, yet not too hard like most foam pillows. I had a good rest in their lovely bed. Breakfast was good, selection wasnt that extensive, but they have a little of everything - western, local, fruits, breads, eggs - so i was happy about it. You can tell a great hotel by the service of their staff, and Eastin has a few of these gems - F&B staff Azura & her colleague (forgot his name - Chinese guy, not too tall, bit chubby & with glasses) - they provide excellent & attentive service, it was soooo nice to see that Eastin has these great talents among them! Kudos & keep it up!
