  Nice new building

  Was not my first choice but due to low availability of rooms, I gave it a whirl. Not your usual lobby as this seems to be geared for long stay however the process was quick. Underground parking was nice. Elevator was not operational that day so the stairs got the nod. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. A few choices in the complex for meals and drinks. Certainly will stay there on next trip.

  Happy birthday weekend

  This is the second time I've stayed at the Suites. ( this time for a birthday celebration). Located in the Timberlea part of the 'Fort', it offers all one needs to enjoy your time there. Despite the tragic fire in that saw the City evacuated in May, the suites were up and managing to provide the same service I enjoyed on my earlier visit. So if your travels take you to Fort Mac...try the suites: you won't be disappointed.

  Just a family

  Was a pleasant stay for a short term in a long stay place. Parking lot was bad but found out they had underground which made all the difference in the world. Would I do it again. Yes everything was there and worked including laundry

  Excellent experience all round!

  I had come up here on business. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. They ensured I was set for the whole time even after many changes in schedule. They worked hard to ensure I felt at home. The suite itself felt more like an apartment or condo than a hotel room. It made the stay feel much more comfortable. Good beds, kitchen and location! Could not be any more happy with my stay. I look forward to the next trip! Thank you!

  Poor communication

  So I spoke with a lady via email in regards to renting a place month to month with a lease, in east village and downtown with Liam. Now the problem with this was the lady who I spoke with had an extremely hard time writing emails back in a timely matter and also comprehending what was being asked. I had to send the same email 3 times to get the question answered and only to have her send back 3 emails with replies that were irrelevant to what was being asked. I tried this process again as the properties look excellent and no reply from the lady. I got my partner to send a email and see if they could go have a look at the property for her to reply within 4 hours and then only show one property because she was to busy to show the other. Very poor business skills by the people renting these units and would not recommend it. Also booking.com rents a room for 200 a night and a monthly lease is worth 2450 for a two bedroom apartment. I think the upmark by this company is ridiculous. Please reconsider renting and check out bigspiritrentals up in parsons creek, Much better service!
