  El personal de la recepción agradable,La ubicación buena No dispone de ascensor y nos alojaron en la tercera planta, El último día olvidamos el bolso en una cafetería, en él estaban las llaves de la habitación, el recepcionista de la noche muy amable nos dijo que no nos preocuparamos y al llegar a nuestro destino habiamos recibido un email reclamandonos las llaves de la habitacion y cojines y toallas que decian que no estaban en la habitación.

  Nice stay

  We stayed here for one night while in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was tidy, the only problem was the TV remote did not work. We were not overly bothered by this. The lady on reception tried to help, but the replacement was the same. The breakfast was nice. What we asked for was cooked to our liking. We would stay again if in the area.

  Dodged a bullet

  They were happy to take our booking through Booking.com, but then waited till the day before our trip to tell us the hotel was not available. They offered us an alternative but that wasn't even in the same town. Judging by some of the reviews we might have dodged a bullet there. Fair play to Booking.com for a full refund.

  Great value & location for a trip to Hastings

  Great value for money, location nice & very friendly helpful staff. Our room (18) had nice view over the garden but whoever tiled the shower should be shot!! Breakfast tasty & nice dining area. Bit of a slope to get to hotel so not great if youre not very mobile.

  DO NOT STAY HERE

  We booked 2 superior rooms. Both were in the basement with no ventilation (windows could not be opened and both rooms had broken panes of glass). The rooms were dirty, with stained carpets, peeling wallpaper and dirt and grime on surfaces and furnishings. Staff were sleeping on communal sofas when we returned to the premises at 11pm, and night Porter was not wearing a mask when he let us in. All 4 guests contracted COVID after staying at the hotel. Our concerns were raised at the hotel , and a refund was agreed. However, this has not been forthcoming despite numerous communications!
