  Fantastic views!

  We were thoroughly enjoying fantastic panoramic ocean views! The accommodation was clean, if only a bit dated inside. It has fully equipped kitchen (except for the dishwasher), TV and air conditioner. Two comfy sofas in the family. Electric blankets in main bedroom. Wrap around balcony.

  Best views ever

  Great place to say views to die for. Very well presented. We stayed in Unit 6 which is the downstairs Panorama unit. Spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Only downside is the bathroom is very cold. It needs a heater and thicker towels.

  Can't get better

  This accommodation is excellent - its sett on a clifftop and the views are simply amazing. Eden itself is interesting, suffering in the 2020 bushfires, but recovering. magic harbour good food too far south coast needs people to support it.

  Dirty & Tired

  Room 5. This accommodation was a big disappointment. The first thing we noticed was the excessive dust on the blinds. We were willing to overlook this as it can be an oversite & knew we wouldn't be touching them. When checking out the bedrooms the "sagging" in the mattress in the main bedroom was pretty bad. As for the dust on one of the bedside tables....Then after reaching into the cupboard for a coffee cup, we found actual coffee or tea remnants in the bottom of the mug, we then noticed the dirty wine cup & a plate. From this we just decided to buy disposable cups bowls ect from the local Coles. Not long after all of this, my husband was sitting on the lounge to receive a phone call, his hand went partially down the side of the lounge, he quickly pulled his hand out and what came out was surely more than just a couple of visitors old. Crayon, hair elastic, rocks, a large cricket? Not to mention the build up of dust & hair. We then vacuumed the whole lounge room & between all the cushions. And yes the shower leaks actual flowing water, but when we tried to mop it up the sponge mop crumbled into bits & we had to keep using a tea towel. The views however are incredible!! NOT worth the $487 it cost us for 2 nights.

  Solid accommodation but a little dated.

  Good and quiet units overlooking the ocean. Units are showing their age but bathrooms have been modernised and they are well equipped (fancy washing machine & dryer, full kitchen with pots and pans, BBQ near pool, etc). If the stove and lounge were a bit more modern it would have been 5 stars. Units are a good size and clean and comfortable.
