  A delightful place for a night near the airport

  My flight was cancelled and Adria was trying to find a hotel for 50+people. I decided to go it alone and found this place on TripAdvisor. This is a quiet place in a nearby village with an excellent restaurant (and cooking school), delightful staff and clean comfortable rooms. They even give me a voucher for s free breakfast at the airport (it worked!) given I was leaving so early in the morning. Taxi to the hotel was over charged at 15 but the nice hotel got me a pre paid taxi back for 11. Recommended for a stay like mine or more!

  Loud all night party

  We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, as we had flights early the next morning. We hoped to get a decent night's sleep before our transatlantic travels. However, on the night of our stay, we were kept awake all night due to a Brazil-themed birthday party that was hosted by the hotel. The braying donkey (!) should have been a clue that it was not going to be a normal evening. Our second floor room overlooked the courtyard where the party was taking place. We opened the windows in order to get some air flow, which unfortunately made the party seem extra loud. We were told by the hotel staff that the event would end by 11 o'clock. But, as I lay there at 2:35 a.m. listening to Jump Around by House of Pain being blasted by the DJ, I had to wonder if they meant 11 a.m., not 11 p.m. The manager on duty, who was attending the party, was unsympathetic and suggested that we close our windows (on a warm summer evening in a room with no air conditioning). The noise finally died down at around 4 a.m., and I was able to get about one hour of sleep before heading to the airport. I give the hotel 2 stars instead of 1 because they did ultimately agree to refund our money, the room was clean, and also our server at the hotel restaurant was very sweet. But, all things considered, our stay was awful. If partying until dawn is your jam, this may be the hotel for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet place to get some sleep, I cannot recommend the Dvor Jezersek.

  Convenient, Pleasant and Comfortable

  If you want to be in a city location or close to the 'action' don't choose this hotel. If you want a hotel that is convenient to the airport, this is it. The hotel is set in a lovely garden, in a small village complete with the regular chime of local church bells. There are 4 antique rooms featuring antique furniture in the original part of the hotel. The modern rooms are simple within minimum furnishings but comfortable and provide everything needed. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. A really good breakfast is included in the price of the room. The restaurant also offers lunch and dinner and the standard is excellent. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were helpful, friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. On our first night there was a wedding taking place in the hotel and yes, there was some noise across the courtyard, but we were advised of it on our arrival and with the windows shut, the noise was minimal.

  Good option for business trips

  It is really good option if you are going for business trip and looking good place to stay near airport. For taxi you will pay 20-40eur. I was suprised buy personal, they are really freandly and ready to help in any situation. Rooms are small, but clean and with all necessary stuff. Only one minus is sound isolation, because you hear what other people is doing :) Also big bonus is bar in same building. Price maybe is a little bit high, but food is tasty and of course really great personal.

  Gourmet training

  Good location with big parking. I attended business training with team buliding and excellent food. My only regret was that I was not able to taste all the options that were available. They all looked tasty.
