  not responsible dirty no water for toilet

  no room for my reservation. but offer move to another apartment in there company. no towel no water in the toilet after 11 pm (water run out of stand alone tank no have water supply). and not accept refund.

  New buildings ok now but not after 2 years

  Totallythere are 4 buildings and 2 of the new ones. They are nice now but I think after 2 years not so much as I have seen the older ones. That mostly because materials are not the best one and can easily seen how time has effect for them. Also cleaning is not so effective because they don't have any check list what should clean and when. Staff is nice but not so familiar how to do business like hotel business. And same with owner. Mostly hotel is targeted for Russian tourists but because of economical situation they are less than 50% tourists in Pattaya. 2 small swimming pools are nice as well as location in the end of soi Villa Navin although hotel is located next to the big road (second road in Jomtien, 6 line street) and traffic can be disturb in road side rooms (rooms with balcony) but there are not so much traffic at nights. One funny thing there are fridge, micro wave own and water heater in shared with 2 rooms outside rooms. Safety boxes are in the rooms but not fasten to wall in new buildings and wifi was not working there in February 2015 (new buildings) but it was under work.

  very nice

  Deluxe room is very nice - A/C, batchroom clean, no toileters (u can ask for them if u need), two clean towels, big bed, TV with english channels. Free water, free pool when u get deluxe room. & eleven and bakery nearby. Short way to the beach - max 5 minutes. For me was great

  Anyone who complains about this hotel is just a professional moaner. There's a saying you get what you pay for and with this hotel you get far more . The staff are wonderful and helpful and the rooms are more than adequate. Two pools ,air conditioning, room service with continuous power , fresh towels all for just eight pounds a night and for a couple of pounds extra you get a superior room which is far superior to a premier inn . So if you're holidaying on a budget you can't beat this place .
