  Really lovely place to stay

  Highly recommended this B&B. Was up for some business and stayed the night. Host were lovely people and the rooms are really good. About 3km from Ballyconnell and very easy to find. Plenty of parking as well. The people running the B&B know there stuff and can be proud of the business they run.

  Cosy and warm.

  My wife and I stayed for one night during a short stay in County Cavan. John, the owner was friendly and very helpful. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat out in the evening. The room itself was clean and spacious with every necessary amenity such as shower, television and good WiFi connection. The bed comprised a pair of single beds securely joined together which was surprisingly comfortable and very roomy. Downstairs, there was a comfortable, quiet lounge with soft seats and tea/coffee making facilities. There was also a private on-site car park. The Irish breakfast was wonderfully tasty and filling and set us up for a good part of the day. Location wise, the B&B is close to the lakes and other areas of interest in Cavan. All in all, it is a perfect stopover if you plan to stay near the lakes and is a good jumping off point for further exploration of western Ireland.

  Just felt at home staying here, very handy as we had a wedding in Russel (7 euro).lovely staff and breakfast was nice. Just slight problem with menu as it says soda bread but are given toast instead on both mornings with no explanation. But not a big deal. House is lovely and beds are comfortable and enjoyed the nice fast hot shower also.

  Would highly recommend

  This not the first time we have been here and it is nothing short of wonderful from warm welcome to the food to the host family .The location is surreal and the beds are ever so soft . Over all we will definitely be back soon !

  Definitely recommend this establishment

  Stayed here during a recent golf tournament and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone playing golf or attending any function at the nearby Slieve Russell Hotel which is only a 3 minute drive away Clean rooms good shower and a very hearty breakfast and that only goes after a warm and welcoming greeting from your hosts John & Grainne All Covid needs were also applied when I stayed Get yourself here its worth it
