  We stay here every year, and since we've been coming here, 10+years NOTHING has been updated. The furniture is HORRIBLE and the beds are at LEAST 10 years old. It's shameful that my parents have their timeshare here. When the pool was here it was at least tolerable. The ceiling was leaking one year, the last time we were there, there was a loose board sitting on the floor in the bathroom covering a hole. If they want people to keep coming, and referring other people, they better update things. You know, maybe use the money from our maintenance fees to MAINTAIN things. If it wasn't for wanting to spend time with my parents, I would NEVE EVER stay here. Very sad.

  Older resort in great location

  Enjoyed our stay. Old furniture and fixtures. One shower did not drain. Toaster needs replacing. Very close to beach with great view from deck. Large kitchen. Master bedroom floor very uneven, sinking in one side.

  Right on the beach

  This is my third year at this resort. The units are outdated but they give you a full kitchen and plenty of space. You can look out your unit and see the ocean. People that run the resort are very friendly and will try to help you with your needs.

  The WiFi is horrible and the mattress is very squeaky the shower in the downstairs bathroom leaks when you are taking a shower. But other than that I think its not bad I think it needs fixed thats it

  Staying in our normal crappy unit. 327.The office staff and maintenance guy are AWESOME. However, the unit sleeps 8, seating for 4 at the dinner table, Mark(I think) found us more chairs. The table barely fits 4. The fridge had broken shelf in the door, broken crisper drawer. The beds are awful, I have to bring an air bed and take the mattress off.. There is NO dresser in the bedroom with 2twin beds(hardly beds) and the nightstands in the double room look like they were pulled out of a dumpster.Several of the kitchen drawers fall out.. My parents have to stuff the couch with pillows so they can sit comfortably, and they have to get help to get up.The railing on the top deck is a little sketchy, and the steps are super slippery when it rains. You can also see where the HOLE was fixed in the bathroom floor when you are in the carport. There were ants, and we found a roach. They are putting in a play set out where the tennis court was. NO ONE WANTS A PLAYSET. We have been coming for YEARS and nothing has been updated. Its just soo sad that nothing has changed here after years of asking.
