  Excellent location

  Spacious condos right next to Gondola Square. The complex is older but still current. Stayed in #203, booked thru Steamboat central reservations. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, everything we needed. Daily housekeeping. Gondola about 50 yards walk, can ski back even closer. Ski valet is a nice touch and had our skis out and ready each morning.

  Perfect place for family (teens).

  Location is perfect. Small number of units. Brad (owner or manager) was great for some basic needs that popped up. Clean, nice size space, beautiful views. Can't say enough good things about it really. Fire and Jacuzzis great as well.

  NO A/C!

  Nowhere on the website or hotels.com or any reviews (that I looked at) did I see that this property does not have air conditioning. Im sure this isnt a problem most of the year, but if you come to Steamboat when it is >75F, be forewarned that your room will likely be almost unusable during the day.

  Nice location, no a/c, loud neighbors

  Great location at the base of the gondola and ski area. Nice kitchen and pool. We were not happy that they was no air conditioning. We thought the ac was broken since it was 81 degrees when we arrived at 8pm and called maintenance and were told that there was no ac. While it was tolerable with open windows at night, it was really hot during the day and we had to put up with a very loud upstairs neighbors tv and talking on the phone (and had to choose between noise and staying cooler). They also gave us only 1 key for3 people, did not provide housekeeping during our stay, and the door did not shut well. The office is also completely unreachable at night. We did see a hummingbird in the garden which was fun and the parking was good. This would be a great place to stay in the winter (as long as they provide heat) and is redeemed somewhat by location and being close to our favorite grocery store.

  Great Location and place to stay

  We stayed at the Dulany at the Gondola during January 2019 for 2 weeks! Cant recommend this place enough for a family ski holiday. Location is amazing a quick 2 minute walk to the gondola and then ski back to the condo and a ski valet service to greet you. Our condo was nicely furnished and had all the latest mod cons. The kitchen was modern and looked like it had recently been renovated. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs and the vicinity of how close the condo was to all the restaurants at the mountain base. We stayed in condo #202 and would definitely stay there again.
