  the food is ok

  staff are slow border on lazy- there we no cups spoons tea or coffee just a kettle in the room not enough towels -safe didn't work and its not fixed to wall? it was scruffy and run down- - there's no wifi- they dont do laundry- they arranged a jeep to park- driver spoke no English- knew nothing- and we saw nothing- he was though very proud of his life size plastic bison! we saw a peacock a mongoose a guar- that was it- and driver missed them all driver we found out is just a local taxi driver with a jeep don't waster you money going here

  Dudhsagar spa and resort

  We were visiting the resort after several years. The service is good, but the rooms need improvement to match the quality seen earlier. The resort has a good, clean pool and a large number of activities, but the changing rooms near the pool need some improvement. Nevertheless, the resort has survived the loss of business for over a year due to the repairs of the Anmod highway and we hope it will soon be the way it was. We have good memories of our earlier visit and of this one too. Some day, we hope to see a leopard on the morning safari! We would like to make a special mention of the honesty of the staff. During this visit, I lost my wedding ring, but did not realise it till about half an hour before we were to leave. I thought I'd lost it in the pool and was planning to leave a word with the staff, but with little hope of getting it back. To our surprise, we were told that a guest had found a ring and given it to them the previous day. It turned out to be my ring, after all. To get it back on our anniversary was a delight and we are grateful to the anonymous guest and the staff of the resort. Shankar.

  Holiday stay

  Me and my family had visited in 1st week of March stay and food was excellent. I like the most that all staff are very humble. Thanku Supresh for giving us good service in restaurant. Chefs special mutton must try in resort.

  Valentine night

  Me and my Girl friend visited the resort. It was memorable one for us as they had arranged candle night dinner in the lawn for us. Enjoyed all the activities at resort specially Segway. I would rate 9/10 for the services.

  Some great staff made our stay comfortable

  Stayed for a night in Aug 2020 after the Unlock 3.0 guidelines came in to force and on our way to Goa. COVID-19 Related: The overall check-in process was not completely contact free. . General: The resort was green and lush The room we booked was decently sized and well ventilated. Pros: Staff were polite and willing to go that extra mile Room looked a little tired and aged, but was okay, so is the washroom Bed was okay, no noise pollution offering excellent sleep quality Food was Okay (barring the fish fry for very late dinner) especially the breakfast Cons: A/C was old and slow to cool Rooms looked tired Bed linen has tears and faded Creeky and old curtains on the doors and windows Overall value for money - 6.5 out of 10 (4 out of 5 for the staff)
