  TIMO DE HOTEL, DESAGRADABLE PERSONAL

  Un timo. Después de haber reservado y tener la habitación pagada, la sorpresa llego cuando llegamos al hotel. Muy descortés la propietaria me dice que el hotel está lleno y no tengo reserva. No me dieron ninguna alternativa, solo el marcharme del hotel.

  Avoid anyway

  No pros, nothing at all! The most terrible place I have ever visited in Italy. Only cons: - dirty rooms; - broken electrical appliances and broken bathroom equipment - no evidence of any maintenance; - dirty towels and bed linen; - rudeness of hotel hostess (she is living here in the hotel as well); - disgusting "continental" breakfast - a cup of tea, two dried crusts, one small jar of jam and one piece of cheese per person; that's all, folks! - reception is not under control of hotel staff, stored room keys hang on the wall in free access; - no bath tub, no shower area, all water is flowing right to one draining hole.

  Avoid at all costs

  If you need to sleep at night, avoid this hotel at all costs. The walls are thin as paper - you can hear every little noise!! The personnel is super-rude, the rooms are badly furnished. Moreover - there is an air-condition in every room, but only one control thing, and if you want to change the settings, you have to find someone from the personnel!

  Great budget hotel

  I was a bit disappointed to read all the reviews. You have to understand - this is a budget hotel and they are charging budget price. If you booked it via travel agency who heavily overcharged you - it's not a hotels fault. We stayed there as a family a few years ago and had a great stay! For the amount of money we paid we got a really good value! The hotel is well located -it's close to the sea and at the same time close to the airport. I think it was just a couple of bus stops on a local bus. If you're travelling without kids - you can actually walk to the airport. But at the same time where were no noise from the planes. Our room was very clean, also had a small balcony and a wc/shower. The food was very delicious and everything was up to our liking! This is a family run hotel and we met them during their stay and they were nice people. The owners wife Ludmila was really a great personality and we liked her a lot. So in general we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. I think the main issue is that the hotel guests are expecting 5* services paying budget price.
