Lindo. Pero falta higieneLindo lugar, agradable pero falto de higiene. ( sabanas manchadas con sangre al parecer). Simpático, amable y servicial el personal del hotel. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. La cama es bastante confortable.

Be aware!!! The cleaning staff are theives!Disgusting, from the minute we got there! We booked 4 x rooms! They were randomly placed on different floors (despite us booking 8 MONTHS in advance & we had children to consider that were 3 floors below us!!) Had to all cancel our final nights there due to several items being stolen from our room. We felt unsafe. Hotel offered no assistance in any of the whole ordeal. They REFUSED for us to see the CCTV footage & also kept saying there was no one in charge on duty over the next few days who could help us. Poor service (staff don't listen or care, NO MANAGEMENT on site!), BAD plumbing (toilets don't flush...we were told we weren't allowed to put TOILET PAPER in the loo!!) no toiletries topped up, stained towels, shower drain overflows, air-conditioner VERY noisy & leaked in the night. we had to go to POLICE station (which took up a whole day) to file a report for the theft & now I am back home I have the horrible ordeal of having to organize the claim....... that in itself is a HEADACHE. The breakfasts were not nice at all. The ONLY people who had access to our room were the cleaners, there was no sign of a break in & over $700 worth of medication, jewellery & headphones, chargers etc were stolen. My husband had to go the rest of our trip without medication.... the staff seemed to all be practically teenagers who did not speak very good English & they just laughed at us when we entered the building & started talking loudly in Indonesian & laughing some more. Very rude & unprofessionally ran hotel. we got a full refund through Expedia of the last nights we had booked because of the theft

Very nice hotelThe best hotel I've slept in during my trip to Indonesia. Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms and the best shower! Finally one with warm water. The price for the room was ok! I'd recommend it any time, over and over again.

Very good - but one No-GoI was in that small nice hotel 4 weeks. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a small quiet street in Seminyak. Walking distance to the next restaurants and to a busier street is 5 min, to the center of Seminyak 10 min and to the beach 15-20 min. Taxis (just take Bali Blue Bird) are very cheap. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The hotel has a small not very deep pool. Only three sunbeds are available. WiFi in the rooms in the ground floor is weak. The young crew is very polite and helpful. However: the rooms in the ground floor (I was in 101) have problems with warm and hot water. I had definitely all the time no warm/hot water. The hotel knows about that problem very well as it is also mentioned here in some comments. Of course they offered me to change the room. Nevertheless: I will come back and take a room in a higher floor.

Very very bad. Avoid this place! We were visiting Bali for the first time. We booked this hotel for the few first days just to relax and recover after long flight but it was a big mistake and probably one of the worse places we ever stayed in our entire lives. As soon we got to the area it didnt look very pleasant location. Hotel is nothing like pictures. Photographer did great job but unfortunately reality is very bad. Hotel looked very old and dirty. As soon we got to our room it had very bad smell, bathroom was dirty, dust everywhere , stains on bedding sheets and towels. In 2 days nobody cleaned our room or changed towels. Nothing to do around the hotel. No decent restaurants to eat or anything like that. The view from hotel was to the rubbish that local people just leave outside. No air con in actual hotel just in rooms. So as soon you leave your room you feel like in sauna. Breakfast was poor. As there is no air con hundreds of flies all over the food all the time. Didnt feel very comfortable to eat. Wifi extremely slow. Almost doesnt work in the rooms. We didnt even consider to swim in the pool. Its DIRTY everywhere you look in this hotel. You can find much better rooms for same/better price and in much better location. Its sad that hotels like dSri Saren put nice pictures and its far away from reality. I believe one of the reasons for such a bad quality is that owners lives in Australia and dont actually care. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
