  Drury Inn stay

  My stay here was really great. The location was convenient and it was a very comfortable room. I fully recommend this hotel for your next meeting place or lodging. It is close to shopping, dining and just about any type of food and beverage you want.

  Drury a GO TO stop!

  We love staying at Drury Inn! Love the evening meal and the breakfast! Drury Inn meals and qualify of stay are very consistent! Other 'chains' fluctuate based on location. Never have to worry about a poor experience at Drury!

  Ive never had a hotel employee be so rude

  Ive stayed at the Drury Inn many times. Its our go to place when we travel to Des Moines for a shopping weekend. We were swimming in the pool and an older lady who works at the front desk go5 uncomfortably close to my husbands face and told him that there were complaints about the children being too loud. She did not speak to any of the other guests at the pool. There was another guest and her 2 sons- they were being loud but it wasnt bothering us. She came back a second time and then approached me this time with the same complaint... once again she did not approach any of the other guests. She stood by the door while I told my 4 year-old son to make sure to use his indoor voice and she stared me down with a mean look to make sure I did not feel welcome there. Next, she personally walked in another guest and her 3 children.. brought only them towels and set them on their table rather than on the towel rack. My husband had went to the desk prior to this to ask for more towels even. We left the pool shortly after that. Ive never had someone be so rude to me in my entire life- and for nothing.

  Place to Stay

  Just another great nights stay, The beds are super nice. Clean rooms and after 5 food is nice too. The overall hotel lives up too HIGH STANARDS. I just wish they's only allow ANIMALS on 1 floor...not throught-out the entire hotel

  Great staff make the difference

  Jaime gave us a very warm reception to the hotel, as did his co-worker later when we went to happy hour. From what I saw and heard, all guests were treated respectfully and in a friendly manner. We stayed overnight. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the hotel again when passing through the area. The location of the hotel is excellent - in an area where you can walk to very nice bars and restaurants. Access to 35 is easy.
