  Buen lugar

  Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable , el personal muy atento y solicito. El hotel tiene buena limpieza , las habitaciones son amplias y bien amuebladas. Piscina climatizada , gym y lindas areas esteriores. Una vista hermosa desde los pisos superiores. Soda y pop corn gratis de 7am a 10pm y de 5.30 pm a 7pm kickback gratis.

  Best

  Stayed there last night and had a wonderful experience. Staff was the best! Very clean and nice. Great hotel food! The owners have put the right people in place here! Will definitely stay again! I dont write many reviews but this one gets one!

  My favorite spot

  This hotel is always very clean. The staff is always super nice. I love the location. Very close to the Hospitals and shopping areas. You can't beat it. The complimentary breakfast, dinner and drinks is an added bonus

  Great place to stay

  We checked in this hotel to split up our drive to Florida. At check in everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The food offered at the 5:30 kickback was great. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and hot!! We will stay here again!

  Horrific Place and Experience

  Ive traveled the world and was here for my sons high school baseball tournament. Was asked to finish my drink outside the hotel or in my room due to supposed COVID restrictions. It was not even 8pm and there were only 3 of us chatting in the dining area. This lowlife manager wouldnt allow us to stay indoors while were dining and even with masks on and within 6 feet apart from each other. We asked for an explanation to which she became combative and straight disrespectful. We explained that we come every year with our team and have given them an incredible amount of business so it was abhorrent the way she was treating us. She had the audacity to call the police because she didnt like what we were telling her. She said this was her hotel and she did not want us staying in it. Even though no law was broken, she proceeded to call the police. We were able to find a much better hotel around the corner with more professional staff and better amenities. But were still going to file a formal complaint. One manager allows us to stay late over night, the other asked us to leave due to COVID. I dont think anyone has a clue how to run that hotel. Its a shame since these times are hard and for them to push away business like that; its disgraceful.
