  Great Stay

  This is a Great Drury to stay at& would highly recommend. Happy hour meal was Great & drinks to help relax after traveling. Alway stay at Drurys when available for clean beds, etc. Nice that you dont ha e to leave to go eat. All inclusive with stay.

  Bang for your buck

  The room decor is updated and beautiful. They have the friendliest, very accommodating staff. Breakfast is delicious. The grounds are well kept. The bed and pillows are the best ever. You get more than you pay for.

  Booked this for 6 days for about twice the price of other area hotels. Advertised a washer/dryer so I did not pack lots of clothes. The washer was broken. There is skeletal service with everything blamed on COVID. No pen in the room, no kleenex, no maid service, no waffle or pancakes, no coffee makers all because of the virus. Asked to have a small area vacuumed and was handed an industrial cleaner and told to leave it outside my room. Asked for garbage to be removed and was given a huge garbage bag for future use. It did have breakfast, same every day, and a dinner, almost the same every day. Offers no transportaion to the little casino 7 miles away. Be sure to have a car cause there is nothing close. Stuck in Hayti at a less than average hotel.

  Nice stay

  I love saying at Drury Inns & Suites when I can; this is our 2nd stay at this hotel in past few weeks. This is a tiny town and no real competition in the area, they are 1 & 2* motels. As with most hotels, there are pros and cons. Pros - Ronda at the front desk is great! Friendly,courteous and helpful, etc. The rooms are clean, updated and nice size. Can't beat their hot & cold breakfast (including sugar free jellies) & 5:30 kickback. Pool was clean and temp was nice & towels provided. Pool is located in a separate bldg. w/ a hallway from the dining area. There is a small outside seating area next to the pool w/ lounge chairs. The TV remotes are sealed in plastic once cleaned. All staff were wearing masks and hotel is well marked w/ covid safety reminders. Altho, I saw quite a few guests walking the hallways w/o masks. Lots of pillow choices. Quick to respond to issues. At 1:15 AM music began blaring from another room. At 2AM, I called the front desk, he did a walk around, located the culprit and the music stopped. The front desk clerk called me back to ask if I still heard it, nice customer service. Hotel is walking distance to a Mexican restaurant. (However, the food wasn't that great and ZERO adherence to Covid requirements - no one (including staff) was wearing a mask, tables right next to each other, over crowded lobby w/ waiting patrons.) Cons - Be cautious of rooms X22 /x24. they face directly at the other bldg. just feet away, very claustrophobic and not much light., plus they are located above the rear door where people go out for a smoke so can be noisy. Our first stay we were put in one of these rooms. Our 2nd stay, same room, 3rd floor. What are the chances? Could it be because I paid for my room w/ points vs $ again? When I requested a different room Ronda cheerfully accommodated my request. Due to Covid, no longer offer free popcorn in the afternoon & waffles at breakfast. No USB outlets in the rooms. Overall, I think the hotel needs a bit TLC... on my first stay a few weeks prior, the bathroom door frame was dirty and the bathroom door was missing a screw in each of the door hinges. My 2nd stay, no shower curtain and I had to request it 2x before someone finally came to the room to install. The mini fridge barely cools and there is no adjustment. Not all ice machines in the building are working (both visits.) The center set of stairs that separates the "L" shaped buildings is very dimly lit, very dangerous, its difficult to see the dark colored stairs at nite and the railings needed dusting. The same stairs were muddy. The parking lots are very dimly lit; I didn't feel safe walking to my car alone when dark, truckers park their big rigs in the adjoining lot. Suggested improvements: expand the outside patio by the pool to a larger seating area and add tables & chairs so people can gather to visit and eat outside. In the King rooms, replace the chair w/ a loveseat so more than 1 person can sit while watching TV. Offer more muffin choices than just blueberry. Expand hot tea choices by offering green tea and flavors & provide stevia as a sugar alternative (Drury is so stuck in the past, still offering only the "pink and yellow' packets.)

  West of Mississippi!!

  Drury Inn is incredible. They have services most hotel chains have forgotten about and i will certainly stay here anytime I travel to Missouri! The staff was simply amazing and I give them a 10 for customer service!! I took our son and Daughter in law here for their 12 year anniversary and we all had an exceptional time visiting this country. We have zero complaints!!
