  Still Excellent and COVID Compliant

  The hotel was great. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. They are following COVID guidelines very well - everything was very clean (wrapped cleaned remote control) and in good working order. They did a great job of keeping everyone as safe as they could - the pool and exercise use was by reservation only and they had servers for the evening and breakfast meals that made sure that no one else touched anything food/beverage related. Everyone wore masks and we felt good about staying at the hotel. It continues in all other aspects to be an excellent asset to the Drury chain and we look forward to staying there again. Thanks!

  Weekend getaway

  So me and my husband and my mom and our friend. Are staying over here. We love Drurys but due Covid is only taking everything over. No drinks or popcorn which stuck. But this place is nice. So far we like this place

  Very Friendly and Efficient Staff

  We stayed at the Drury Inn in Brentwood while we were in town for our nephew's wedding. We had reserved 5 rooms for our crew. Check-in was a breeze. The market inside the hotel lobby had everything we needed but forgot to pack. The woman working the front desk Saturday afternoon and again on Sunday morning was able to answer all of our questions.

  Caring and friendly staff

  The original room I was given had dirty shoes in the closet and I was concerned that the room was not cleaned properly during the pandemic in between guests. I let the receptionist at the front desk know and explained that I had family members at risk of COVID. She was extremely helpful gave us a new room. She apologized profusely and made my shy-self not feel bad about "complaining." She was amazing and the security guard who helped us get back into the old room for our stuff was courteous as well.

  Unprofessional staff

  Enter rooms when asked for no service. Moving personal items to wrong room. Touching our food in our rooms during COVID. Have medical documents about nephew not able to wear mask and staff still threaten to call police if he doesnt wear one. As I was waiting to discuss issues over 9 other guests not our group not wearing a mask and not a word to them so much more to report
