  Peaceful resort!

  Not sure how to describe this resort? Amazing friendly efficient restaurant staff, Miaow and her team, actually made our holiday. The food was really good, beautifully prepared and served. There are a few other places along the beach and at the pier but none were as good as here. We stayed in a pool/beachview bungalow, fabulous setting, however, the bungalows are in need of updating, especially the bathrooms. It was explained to us that the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Beautiful unspoilt, very quiet beach right at your door, we could walk for miles. All in all, we would return here, we had a wonderful relaxing 2 weeks of peace and quiet, lovely staff to chat to.   Beautiful location, excellent accomm and staff - Pirates Bar is wicked

  Beautiful location and excellent staff - the onsite bar, Pirates, is excellent - nightly BBQ and Ko can cook a lot more than on basic menu - just give him 2 days notice to get to the market etc. Hotel has 3 pools and restaurant - food at restaurant was nice, but expensive. I think if they had Specials, or had more competitive pricing, this would make a huge difference for the hotel - food on the island in general is a lot pricier, but it all has to be brought across from the mainland. I stayed in the Hotel block and cannot fault my accommodation - LARGE clean room with large balcony - excellent hot water too - cannot fault it. they have poolside accomm, sea side and beach front - the beach front are exactly that. Will definately stay here again, as long as they dont put prices up too high - has only been re-opened since December 2018, so there is still work around the grounds to be done. Little things like weeds overgrown could be attended to - doesnt worry me, but some people are fussy..

  Best trip ever

  Dreamz Ocean Pearl Resort and Spa is located on a beautiful island near Khao Lak, Phagna. It is an ideal resort for family. There are plenty of things to do on this island. The local community is so friendly. Sea food is available. The Southern cuisine is tasty! The resort has three swimming pools. White sandy beach is in front of the bungalows. We are looking forward to stay in the near future again.

  Dont belief the photos they are cheating you

  We came from another resort (C&N) and wanted to stay two more nights on the island. We stayed at Dreamz because it hd vacancies and it was cheap. We could not expect too much. But when we saw the difference between the photographs on the website and the actual hotel we were shocked. Decrepit buildings, a beach that wasnt cleaned up and basically nobody there accept for the chinese groups that returned later at night. Thank god they stayed over on the other side of the property. After a long day of diving we came back and decided to have some food and we got served cold rice and luke warm curry. Beer was also not completely cold. Only good thing was the pizza and beer at the pirate beach bar.

  A place with a potential but think first before you book

  At the arrival we were upgraded from GardenView to PoolView. Good location. The hotel looked deserted. Just c 20 visitors. For us it was perfect. Out of 3 pools only 1 in operation. 2/3 of the resort closed, unused, even the rooms that had been offered on Agoda. The resort has a very good potential. (Before it operated under the name Ko Kho Khao Resort). For one thing something has to be done with the concrete on the beach. We are sure that many do not want to come due to this. Of course the resort needs repair and some money needs to be put into this. otherwise it will end up like KIB nearby. Food average. The best is in C&N next door, and even cheaper. Will we come back? Wonderful peaceful island, long sand beaches, > definitely to the island, the DreamZ maybe. This time it was excellent value for money.
