  Much needed break

  We visited during the Covid pandemic and the hotel demonstrates good cleanliness and following of public health guidance. Bags disinfected with a spray on arrival, masks in public areas, cleaners regularly cleaning public areas, restaurant staff serving food themselves. The hotel itself is lovely. Lots of pools and we never had trouble finding a place to relax whether it be on a sun bed or in a pool. The aqua park for adults looks fun and busy though we didnt try it. The kids aqua pool is fab. 3 slides, fun for all ages but better when the water sprinklers and features are running, sticky and dry without making it harder to slide. The water sprinklers are normally on from 1.30pm to 4.30pm and the pools in general are open till 6.30. I cant confirm the opening times of the adult water park as didnt use it. The biggest thing that lets the hotel down is something they cant control- the other guests. Mainly Russian and German guests we found. They were just rude. No concept of queuing during getting food or drinks. They are not polite. They do not use basic manners or etiquette and its incredibly frustrating especially when you have young children. This doesnt apply to all people from Russia or Germany but was our unfortunate experience during out 7 days and applicable to all areas of queuing whether waiting for food, drink, using the lifts, waiting for the bus to the beach, taking the kids to the animation setting for a dance and chill- they just barge past as if they are superior or more so ignorant to the fact that you are even standing there. I have given the hotel 4 stars because I felt the food was a let down. Repetitive and bland. The animation team also charge for some activities i.e bingo and disco. You also have to pay for popcorn, candyfloss and fresh juice. There were bits which made our trip better such as the ice cream and waffles at 3pm in the snack bar, the pool games by the animation team, the friendly service by the waiters and the effort of the animation team staff with the children. Its difficult to say whether I would consider this hotel again as I love Antalya and my boys really enjoyed the pools (more so than other hotels we have been to) but the food and the little extra money making times made it difficult. It is an all inclusive hotel. They shouldnt be finding ways of how to take more money from you, especially via treats for the kids.

  Great hotel

  We just got back from this lovely hotel. The hotel itself is Very beautifulIy decorated and grand. Very clean. I went with my husband and 2 boys aged 4 and a half and 2 and a half. Each and every staff we found were very polite and very hard working. The place was clean and Room were tidied daily with daily towel change. When we arrived first night we werent given anything to it. They only had fruits which was a little let down. Rolls and cheese would have been fine! On our first night we were bitten by mosquitoes Second night onwards we were fine as luckily we had mosquito repellent plug that we took from the Uk. I saw a whole lot of other peoples legs aswell bitten very badly so that could be sorted with some kind of spray into the aircon system like some hotels do. The kids pool sprinklers were closed from 12-2pm and was cold compared to the pool next to it which was a little let down! Sun bed space was plenty but end of our stay as more people arrived it was hard to find so that could have been sorted as they had plenty of sun beds in reserve stacked up very high. Choice of food was ok not much selection but repetitive every day. (We only realised half way thru the holiday they had a barbecue area) Was a little frustrated the fact that they served you but it was for the best and there should be plenty of staff serving to keep it moving. A lot of people didnt know how to queue in a line in the salad and dessert section. So they should control that as they started serving whoever. Halfway through the holiday my husband was injured in the adults slide as a big men came right after him and kicked him at the back. The lifeguards should have controlled this from happening. Luckily my son was not behind him at that time and was in the front. The mini club lady Janna was horrible to the childrens who wanted to play with certain things and she wouldnt let them touch incase they made a mess etc! and told a girl off for making a mess. My sons wanted to play with darts and she gave them one dart and they were fighting over that, there was no need to give them one dart to share!! I asked Ayse to give me another one and she did straight away after she was also dismayed where was all the darts gone. Ayse however was lovely and it looked like the kids were very fond of her. The pool area floors were very very dangerously slippery this should be looked into as water dont drain into the pipes properly. We never ate lunch although we paid all inclusive as we couldnt be bothered to get changed and go all the way to the way to the restaurant. We ate in the snack bar but it wasnt opened long enough only for an hour and food is gone. Drinks were all great cold and fizzy. Ice cream was plenty. There was a lot of Germans and Turkish who we had no problem with. It was a group of people from the UK we found very rude that they thought they owned the place and created problems with other people too. Scum behaviour is really not necessary! Stay home if your going to behave like that! There are Lots of shops nearby and a McDonald which is handy. Night entertainment was very good. We did have a very good holiday and my boys enjoyed very much apart from the few tweeks in the restaurant and food offered in the snack bar with more variety and longer time, More sun beds. I think I would defo go back to this hotel.

  Very poor customer service

  We have recently returned from Turkey and spent 6 nights at this resort with our 2 children aged 10 and 14. We arrived in the evening in time for dinner service and was underwhelmed with the selection of food but thinking it would improve. It didn't, in fact it became so repetitive that we started eating out in the evenings. The gym was situated in a dark and quiet area of the hotel and nothing worked! I called reception using the phone on the wall only for staff to hang up so I tried again and this time was put through to someone who said somebody will come and get the treadmill working but nobody came, I was there for 40minutes after the call. The equpiment was rusty and poorly maintained. The hotel seemed more concerned with poorly tasting food than fitness. On the day we were due to leave, myself and 14yr old left our cases on one side of reception doors. The doorman started shouting and saying move your cases, baffled I asked why and he said that's where incoming suitcases are kept. As I went to move them, he brushed past me carrying someone elses case and hitting my ankle, if I was expecting an apology I was sadly mistaken. I complained to reception only to be told to tell guest relations. Eventually he did come to apologise but was too little too late. No hotel staff smiled or even seemed happy to be there, they were incredibly rude. We holiday in Turkey every year but will never return here, my 10yr old has nicknamed it Nightmare World Aqua. Says it all. The pools and slides were good but not enough floats and rings available to use them. Incredibly happy we had hotel no.2 after this place as the staff there were much more kind and friendlier.

  very bad hotel keep a away from this rabish hotel there's an open night club opposite the hotel with very loud music until 3amu so you can't sleep with the noise. we asked the reception to change the room and he tried to give us a room next to corona virus test room,basically go away we can't do nothing about it. rooms very basic and everything is broken inside "shower sometime very cold and suddenly very hot,the fridge make very loud noise the balcony very small,pillows very hard,very basic bed sheet toilett size very small safe you have to pay 2 per day,pool area very squashed,staff all of them don't speak English including managers I called the reception to send me extra pillow and I received 2 bootles of water instead "lol" I really don't know how they managed to get 5star? 3star it's to much for it

  Amazing staff

  Serdar and Hüseyin made the Holliday great unbelievable service and very professional. They made my Holliday what I had dreamt of Look out for them if u visit the buffet was good but the bar service was rwally good
