  This is clearly a hotel for bringing prostitutes

  First of all, the rooms were not as clean as they might look on the photos. I could see long black hairs in the jacuzzi (I would have prefered a shower actually) and there was this really bad smell when you went into the room. I do get that this hotel is trying to be cool 70's-style but the mirrors on the walls and in the ceiling is not the big concern, the bed which is round and too short for a male with quite average length (1,77 m) First thing I discover is an opened magnum sparkling wine bottle standing in the room, it belonged to someone else and it has been there for quite a while, there were no bubbles left so I took it to the reception since I didn't want it in the room. When entering the bathroom I noticed there was a "detergernt gel" for the "intimate parts" of your body and two condoms. At that point I was beginning to wonder who are the most clients to this hotel. After going to Como during the day I noticed there were quite a lot of prostitutes standing by the road nearby the hotel AND the day after, when checking out, I noticed by looking at a price list you could rent this room for 4 and 6 hours if you wanted to. Beside the unsettling feeling I just spent my night in a room where people brought prostitutes I couldn't sleep well that night since it was EXTREMELY cold and the reception manager gave me the simple answer that "they turn on the heat after 15th of october". Okay? Well, It's FREEZING allready? The Wifi (which was told is free when booking by hotels.com) is only free for ONE hour. If you want to use it more you have to pay 8 Euros for 24 hours.

  Shocking hotel!

  We visited this hotel back in May and were a little shocked at all about it! We were basically staying in the red light district and had prostitutes pitching business just outside the hotel! We didn't feel safe to walk about at night due to the clientele coming in and out of the hotel! Breakfast was ok, nothing special and the restaurant, even though it said it was open didn't really ever cook anything but micro meals you picked from the freezer! The staff didn't speak very good English and weren't very helpful, not that you really saw many staff around. We'd not recommend this hotel, unless you want to go to the red light district in como!

  Ease of vacation

  I had a great time here with Papa Smurf , great guy and all the employees were very helpful and made the trip very easy and fun. Highly recommend!The buffet is high-class and awesome for a large group or a small group.

  Family

  We had a excellent time. The staff was fabulous. The entertainment staff was beyond magnificent. Bellota was very energetic, happy, full of information and always had a beautiful smile. She ALWAYS had a smile. Worked early in the morning, then did the shows, zumba, organizes the the sports activities, evening shows, then ends the night at the dico full of enegy and still has a smile. I want some of that happy energy. Must shout out to our GREAT bar tender Eddy, great waiter Yeralqui, Belkis, Diego, Domingo, Cristian, Jose, Nicolas, y Victor.

  Awesome Hotel and Staff

  Spent my birthday at dreams and they gave me top notch service...Oscar Real took care of me from start to finish. Food and drinks was amazing... very clean resort with A+ customer service...Make sure to ask for him when you get there. Thank you Oscar from the UVC!
