  Delicious food and exceptional service in BLVD on One

  We went to the restaurant for brunch yesterday and truly appreciate the freshness of food with mouth watering flavours.The hotel is magnificently designed with the view of the pool from the lobby.I have not seen that in dubai and its interesting.There are just too many hotels in dubai but what makes a restaurant stand out is their service and food quality.I must mention the staff was friendly and was absolutely enthusiastic with their information.I loved the fact that my 2 yr old son could walk around freely with the friendly staff. Coming to the food,its mainly Arabic ,Indian and some asian cuisines.The food is worth trying and I specifically loved thai chicken satay,kimchi salad,biryani and the lovely paneer preparation.The only thing missing was indian breads. Dessert again was excellent but wasnt a huge spread.Overall I liked what I ate. They also have a live barbequeue station outside which serves some sumptuous kebabs. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

  Awesome hotel excellent staff & service

  This hotel is lovely gem and is probably the most relaxing place in all of Ajman. Dont get me wrong; I love the hustle and bustle of UAE, but it is such a treat to come back after a long day of enjoying the city to such a cozy, quiet gem of a hotel. Our day starts with a wonderful smile by Chef Sumesh at breakfast .very passionate and make it happen person, always made us feel welcome. Staffs are very professional and high class services provided. The decor is relaxing, the service is calm and friendly, and the rooms are sumptuous. I really love this hotel, and can recommend it enough. Thank you, Fairmont, You were wonderful.Had a luxurios and memorable stay at this hotel. Worth the value.
