  Muy bueno para el precio

  Estuve en este hotel la noche el 25 saliendo el 26 de julio de 2013. Este hotel es limpio y seguro, que es lo que realmente uno busca cuando se esta turistiando. Las camas de muy buena calidad y el bano con todo lo necesario para tener una estadia completa. En relacion a la calidad por precio es una magnifica opcion. Tiene un desayunador con unos precios increibles y el personal muy atento. Ojo...si te tocan las habitaciones que dan a otro entana del hotel...te pueden estar observando , ten precaucion no sea que te agarren en ropas menores.

  Average hotel

  My stay in this hotel has been fully and flawlessly organized by e-mail. I have got a really small room, but for 1 night it was ok. The hotel isn't far from the highway, so it is comfortably reachable. What I didn't really liked was that the toilette was dirty like someone had used it and the soap is supplied in foam, which is maybe ok for hands-washing, but not for taking a shower and/or for shampoo... Too much spartan.

  Wonderful location, friendly staff

  As the purpose of my trip was to visit Regensburg, it wasn't a difficulty to find the hotel nor reach Tegernheim.For everyone that is planning on visiting the hotel coming from Regensburg, I reached the hotel by Bus at around 11PM so the first thing that i noticed is that the Entrance of the Hotel is on the Back side and not on the front, reception doesn't work after 10pm so the only available way to check in is via a Check In Machine next to the Reception, there aren't any keys so you will only get 2 receipts with a 6 digit code stamped on it as the doors work on Code Mechanisms with auto Lock.Personally to me it was a great experience to stay at this hotel, staff was very friendly helped me to get around,there's constant hot water,room service is cleaning up every day.I read many reviews stating that its a far away location to Regensburg or its being loud or something. Tegernheim is one of the most peaceful locations around Regensburg. I took walks at night around Tegernheim and it was a great experience. If I ever travel to Regensburg again this is the hotel that im gonna take again. I can see that many visitors have difficulty with reaching Regensburg.You only have to take the bus Number 5 on the station opposite of the Hotel, a ticket to Regensburg costs 3.20 Euros.

  Hotel horrible

  This hotel is terrible. the rooms are smelly. reception until 22.00. to replace the number if what problems is not real. The director of the hotel is boorish and not well-mannered. I sympathize with his staff. This hotel is not recommended for visiting.

  Very upset..

  Today we came in that place to stay for one night. We were with our kid, but later kid went to our parents to another room. So my husband and I stayed in another room. We checked in, were going to sleep and then we felt a smoking smell ( very VERY strong, right near the bed) I have an allergy on smoking... we went to the reception, but nobody were there. So we called them and a girl came to our room to check. So she offered us to pay again for the new room by the terminal and go to another room. We paid with the credit card, it means that we would be get our money approximately in 3-5 days, so that wasnt a decision for us. The girl didnt know how to solve our problem, so she called to the director of the hotel. The director said the same : pay again through the terminal, tomorrow we will return your money So I think you understand, we will get money back not tomorrow, but in a few days. Why we should do that? Pay twice and wait for returning our money, if we need it NOW, and not in a few days. Everywhere is written that in the hotel is forbidden to smoke!!! On the web site, on the booking, on the doors and windows! Everywhere! So I chose that hotel because I was sure there would be smoking smell... At the end my husband was going to call to police, because a man was very rude and didnt want to solve our problem at any other way. But then suddenly the problem solved! Just after we said about the police... the man said that the girl would pay and we didnt need to pay again. Really? We tried to reach the compromise about an hour!!!!! And then he suddenly decided everything.... I am very disappointed. I was tired. I wanted to relax. And what we get? Now our parents and our son are sleeping in another room, so I HOPE there isnt any smell...... I really hope!
