  Modern hotel but small rooms

  No wifi in room but reception provided routers to be fixed in our rooms to cater for our group. Checking out process was super slow coupled with system downtime and delayed our set off time by an hour. Modern feel room was small, insufficient for 2 pax with 2 luggages. Kettle was provided upon request.

  Stayed there several times

  Prices were stable,food quality diminished.Very helpful ,friendly staff.Nice dry sauna.Pool nice and clean.Paid 5000 HUF for early check in even though hotel not overbooked.Live in Pécs,not far to drive.All things considered we will return again..

  Even not ...

  Unfortunately, the hotel doesnt fit to the 4 stars hotels as the rooms are a bit dirty (specially the walls) and have old furniture, no double bed (only 2 singles pushed together), the bathroom doesnt contain toilet articles (maximum liquid soap from an old pusher soap dish), no coffee or tea (only an electric kettle), no minibar (only an empty fridge - you can ask for filling it in for extra 500HUF). The food was also disappointing: the dinners choice was poor and cold after 8 pm and the service was also strange, the breakfast was the same after 8am. I havent tried the wellness area, so I cant say anything about it. But I wont go back for sure! Parking is for 500HUF/night.

  Very close to the thermal bath

  The hotel was average. The mini bar was empty and they said that they can fill it up for extra fee. The staff was kind in the restaurant, but during our stay there were groups of children from some kind of summer camp or sg and we can't eat undisturbed. This was very annoying. I think they should separate the children from the hotel guests.

  Not what I expected

  I booked a one night stay based on other reviews and based on what kind of spa packages they offered. The one I got included 2*20min relaxing massages. On top of this I also got a 60min long massage as extra for my sister's birthday. They said it is enough to book the exact appointment at the time of arrival. When we arrived, we immediately went to the wellness reception to do so, where they said they don't have any more free slots available until like 3-4 on the next day, which is 2-3 hours after our check-out date. The 60min long massage was not charged after all, but the 2*20mins were. They offered free lunch (1990 HUF/head), which we did not accept as we had lunch plans anyway. I have to mention that up til this point I did not see the final receipt, and we thought (based on what they said) the price for the massage (incl. In the package deal) was 3000 HUF/head. It then turned out this was the total for two people. They did not offer to let go of a drink charge from the previous night (two glasses of vine), also charged the parking fee for two full days when in fact we stayed altogether 21 hours. I attached the letter of complaint in Hungarian. At the time of writing that I was not aware of the massage price though. Would not recommend this place to anyone as they don't seem to be able to give what they offer, not to mention that the staff was not helpful at all. Definitely not 4 star hotel.
