  Un hotel increible

  A mi me encata este hotel. Se encuetra en el centro de la ciudad. Asi q tiene una location perfecta. Su personal es muy amable y las chicas son mn lindas y muy buenas. siempre estan a sus ordenes para lo q sea. tambien la recepcion esta abierta 24h y tmb tienen la seguridad. las recamaras son muy tranquilas y muy lipmias. en fin me senti como en mi casa, porq deverdad cualquien q entra ahi lo traten como si fuera la parte de su propia familia. saludos desde Mexico..   Budget Hotel, Great Value, nice location..

  We were in Belgrade for NYE and hotel/rooms were very expensive. We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the city center (old belgrade) and republic square. You have to understand that with the price and location, you can't expect 5 star amenities. This is a clean, value hotel. Location: The location is what makes this hotel! at first, you may be a little off-put by the location, but everything is walking distance. You can walk to republic square. Also very close to skadarlia which is a street filled with great restaurants and bars. There is a also a taxi stand right around the corner incase you need to go further. Staff: The service here was excellent. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us make NYE plans last minute and recommended several nice places to us. Rooms: As mentioned earlier, the rooms are clean and cosy but don't expect a luxury hotel style room. The beds are ok, the bathroom is small but clean and they have a water heater per room for hot water. The tv in the rooms actually have a good selection of channels. It met our needs. Amenities: There aren't any real amenities as this is a budget hotel so we were ok with that. Breakfast is available at 5 euros per person; but honestly, there are so many restaurants in walking distance and belgrade is very cheap when it comes to delicious food. Nevertheless, I cannot comment on it as I didn't eat the breakfast. There are some amazing restaurants in close vicinity which the reception can recommend. Overall, it was very comfortable and convenient stay. We were satisfied.

  Perfect location

  Stayed at downtown bane in luxury twin room (as advertised). Loved the location, very easy access to many center points of the town. The ladies at the reception always ready to assist with any inquiries. Small negatives: TV channel reception very poor, actully couldn't watch any channel (not that important for me), and no elevator as previous posts confirming.

  Best of the best!

  The location is very good close to everything food shops coffe bars and more. Room and really clean and comfortable. Was staying here for few days during holiday in amazing city. I recommend this place cuz location really suitable for all its walking distance to everything. For sure will come back! Amazing stay!!!

  The worst hotel i have ever visited in my life

  As a frequent traveler and a Genius account in booking I have to say this was the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. It all started from the reservation, I booked an option that is "pay at property" and on the following day I found that they had actually taken the full amount from my bank account, along with adding currency conversion charges, which I specifically wanted to avoid. After contacting booking.com I managed to get my money returned after 10 days. When booking we specifically looked at hotels with parking as we were traveling with a car, I indicated in the reservation comments section that we will need a parking spot and we got an email from the hotel that one will be reserved for me and it costed 10 euros per day. Which is fine but when we arrived at the property, at the reception they told us that there were no available parking spaces, regardless of the fact that we specifically requested one and it was promised to us. The receptionist told us there was a nearby parking (10 min walk), which was at almost the same price. Almost the same price was actually 15 euros per night, I don't see how 33% more expensive is almost the same price... Once we got to the room, I was really disappointed as it was incredibly dirty. There were spider webs on every corner on the room, the floor was really dirty and after we moved one of the beds we saw that no one had cleaned below it for quite a while. Once we got to the bathroom it was really horrible. There were stains everywhere, there was hair (not ours) in the drain of the shower. Mold everywhere. One of the towel hooks broke as soon as we put a towel on it. Towels were with stains. There were wires on top of the mirror which were sticking out, this was right next to the shower and it did not look safe at all. There was a McDonalds paper cup left outside on the widow which acted as an ash tray. There were stains on the night lamps and the sheets were torn. The odd thing was that the room had new furniture but it was so dirty and not maintained that it made it a mess. When we got to actually catch some sleep I kept waking up all night as the room smelled of cigarettes. I am a smoker and it usually does not bother me but this was a strong smell that appeared every 2-3 hours and kept waking me. I don't know if there was a ventilation problem or what but it was pretty bad. After a horrible night sleep we decided that it was just not worth it and we left immediately and we did not even want our money back we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. We definitely do not recommend this property to anyone else.
