  Oportunidad de mejorar

  Me quedé 2 noches. A primera vista luce descuidado. Entrada al lobby sucia. Personal del mostrador de ck-in/ck-out muy poco amigables. Definitivamente tienen que escoger mejor al personal que recibe a los que llegan. Las habitaciones están anticuadas con signos de deterioro y alfombras que lucen sucias. El desayuno no vale lo que cuesta. Variedad limitada y alimentos con mal apariencia, como si fueran sobras del día anterior. Especialmente las frutas cortadas. Se puede decir que el desayuno es inferior al que sirven en otros hoteles con desayuno complementario. Después de la experiencia del desayuno, no me quise arriesgar a usar el restaurante para cenar. Las instalaciones no están a nivel de otras propiedades Hilton en las que me he quedado. Buena ubicación, pero con mucha oportunidad de mejorar.

  This hotel is very subpar for the money. The beds were very uncomfortable and was very noisy with kids running around

  The hotel was a very poor choice for a group. The hotel lobby and living areas were very noisy with kids running around. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could not recommend this hotel for a stay in this area.

  I have stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. Rooms are large and clean. Lobby is very loud. Restaurant and bar serve the purpose. Breakfast was good. Pretty much everything you need if traveling for business.

  Bathroom was a disappointment!!

  Pros: 1. Good location: next to a mall, several restaurants and near major highways. 2. Affordable especially if you dont want to pay too much to stay in Philadelphia. Short drive 3. Pretty big rooms so good for long stay like a week or so and for family Cons: (related to my stay) 1. The front desk girl was rude. She gave me something to read and was rushing me 5 secs later to help someone behind me, like can check in before you help the next person. 2. Set up of the hotel: it would have been cute if it was outdoor in a picturesque area but that look for an enclosed indoor hotel, with no retry outside view? Im not sure who okayd that design. 3. Related to #2-safety: because of the setup of the hotel, my room was right above the bar, it wasnt loud but everyone sitting down there could see what room I was going into and since I was alone, it made me uncomfortable and creeped out bc I kept being started at on my way to the room 4. The bathroom was very dirty. It was like no one cleaned it. I wasnt expecting super clean but enough to feel like it was cleaned. The shower curtain had random white stuff splatted on it, the shower floor had soap scum all over and so did all tap. For a place affiliated with @hiltonhotels, this was disappointing to say the least.

  A Major Tarnish to the Hilton Brand Name!

  They have some amazing staff members at the front desk Maria in particular is so friendly and so accommodating. I have not a complaint to say about them. But the policies of the hotel during covid and in general need major work. In terms of lack of enforcement of Covid aka masks and social distancing restrictions by allowing parties nearly every day and especially on New Years Eve where I was kept up until nearly one in the morning by loud groups of maskless people (most of whom were not staying in the hotel as I saw them leaving after 1am) in the halls and lobby (in excess of 100 people that I saw) to today Sunday renting out the ballroom to a salesmans show (really a large friends get together and dance party) where they are blasting very loud music with extremely heavy bass which can be heard throughout the whole hotel and can be felt and heard even on the seventh floor. Also the people at that show are not all wearing masks nor social distancing I went and looked myself. if you continue to run a hotel in this way you are going to have a reputation that will have it be that the guests that you get are what you advertise for. Not good guests. I wanted to give this hotel another shot after a not so great experience I had here in August (regarding covid restriction enforcement and room cleanliness) minus Maria who was amazing then as well but now I may be forced to take my business elsewhere there are many other Hilton properties in the area and I am a loyal Hilton diamond member and I do not feel like myself or any of your other guests should be treated this way. Watching an elderly guest check into the hotel and being so aghast at all the loud music and partying today at 5 PM was the straw that broke the camels back for me today.
