Nice repeat stay. The super-friendly staff checked us in as quickly as the clunky corporate process would allow. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and had all non-feather pillows--great for allergy sufferers! Each nightstand had a lamp with two power outlets--perfect for two people charging phones and devices at bedside! The room had a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with no mold--good job, housekeeping! The shower water pressure was good and the hot water stayed hot. There were ample towels, which is always a nice touch. On the back of the door hung a multi-speed hairdryer. The WiFi worked well, thankfully! The hotel has a huge open-air parking lot. I will certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay!I enjoyed my stay for a Certified Instructor training. Facilities were wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant was convenient and the food was terrific. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.

Bad ExperienceI stayed here for Valentines Day with my girlfriend and she lost her wallet in the lobby near the elevator doors. Immediately, my girlfriend & I went to the front desk to ask if anyone turned in a wallet. The gentlemen acted nonchalant & irritable with helping us to the point my girlfriend didnt want to speak with him further. Long story short we found the wallet ourselves & got her money back but the disrespect from this individual made us never want to come back.

Mediocre: Covid safe? Probably not.Location: off the loop, easy access to everything. Busy area. Room: standard Hilton fair. Loud AC, set to a motion thermostat. Ill never understand this choice. Because at night , when you stop moving while sleeping, the thermostat shuts off the AC or heat. So you need to get up and move around to get it working again. I had to reset mine totally. Cold water from the shower for about 5 minutes before it warmed up. The room felt clean however , beds comfortable. Service: staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel and COVID :soccer families obviously in town for a match. Very little social distancing, masks not being worn. Social gathering in the evening of the adults showed almost none of them having any regard for Covid safety. I guess sports outweighs common sense. Unfortunately, Hilton, like many companies, seems to have a non intervention stance for people who are ignoring safety during the pandemic. They have signs everywhere, but nothing is done to directly address irresponsible behavior. I feel sorry for the staff because they are out in the middle. It would be nice to see Hilton have the managers directly tell people if they cannot follow the house rules, find another hotel. We know thats not happening, so for the rest of us, we will need to avoid staying at these businesses until rational behavior returns.

Nice hotelWhen arriving the hotel is beautiful from the road. The parking lot is very big but very dark out back. I would avoid parking in the back lot due to the donut marks all over the pavement. The lobby is very nice and welcoming. You can tell it was a older hotel that had a facelift. The front desk needs a bell to get the attendant. I would stay here again.
