  Habitaciones enormes

  El hotel es muy grande, alejado de la ciudad, aproximadamente a 20 minutos conduciendo. El área es bastante completa, hay un gran mall al frente, y muchos restaurantes y luegares comerciales. Me quedé sorprendido con lo grande que son las habitaciones, por lo que es idea si van en familia o con más personas. El personal no fue muy amable, y tampoco tenían mapas ni información de la ciudad de Pittsburgh.

  BUENA CALIDAD EN GENERAL A PRECIO CORRECTO

  la estancia ha sido muy buena y el hotel sin ser barato tiene una muy buena relacion claidad/precio. als habitaciones son enormes y la claidad de la cama es tambien muy correcta. esta ubicada en uan zona muy valida para entradas y salidas a cualqueir parte. muy reocmendable.

  Comfortable Stay With Pets

  I stayed two nights at this hotel. I chose the hotel due to its location, nearby stores, and because they allowed pets. I was traveling for business and needed a hotel that would allow my cats. The hotel is dated but still moderately clean and comfortable. There is no fridge or microwave which they share on their website. It was relatively quiet on my floor and the beds were comfortable. While masks are required in the hotel, the staff and guests wont harass you for not wearing one. Thank you for respecting personal choice and supporting freedom. The app is a great thing to use as it lets you check in and out while also opening your door. This lets you completely skip the reception desk which was always busy. I would stay again if traveling with pets and needing to visit the area.

  Bad hotel, or worst hotel

  This place is awful. The hallways smell like ashtrays. The dust caked on the intake vents of my radiator is a half inch think. I don't want to take off my shoes. I tried to get ice from the machine on my floor. It didn't work. So I went to another floor. It didn't work. I went to call the front desk, and the phone isn't connected to the wall. I went to the front desk, and he told me that there's ice machines on every floor and I should keep trying. He "can't make ice appear." Funny how every other hotel can do that. I'd compare this to a roadside dive, but that wouldn't be fair to roadside dives. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this property.

  Black People BEWARE!!!

  The worst hotel experience Ive had in my life! I had a few questions and concerns regarding my check in. I was in for a surprise when the front desk attendant or the WORST manager in history, Victoria, was the epitome of unprofessional. I tried to speak with her and she laughed in my face, spoke over me and basically treated me as if I was less than human. I asked to be connected with her GM and to have her name and she refused to do so until I pushed the urgency! This was supposed to be a special night for my family and it was ruined by her unprofessionalism and poor customer service. Id advise all people to stay clear of this hotel and go up the road where youll be treated with human decency. This hotel will not stay in business for long with staff such as Victoria.
