  Group Block mishandled by Director of Sales, Group scattered throughout the hotel. Different broom types given from what was reserved. Not told in advance that hotel was under construction. Not told that restaurant was closed even though was charged for room and Breakfast. Pool was inaccessible due to family members of construction workers commandeering the pool making use by guests impossible. Kids running and diving into pool unsupervised by adults. No response from Front Desk when notified of pool situation. No acknowledgement of HHonors member. Poor customer service.

  This place does not understand travel during COVID-19 - I would stay away!

  well, Hilton can brag all it wants about its clean stay procedures - but how would you like to stay in the room where there is NOT a clean stay sticker on the door. Only room on the 6th floor without a sticker, and then they give it to me! What would you think? DIRTY. its a shame, because the remodeled room would have been so much nicer than the old worn out rooms. When I brought it to the attention of the night clerk, she said - Well its the last room. What does that mean anyway? no sorry? No offer of cleaning supplies or maid service? this hotel does not get it - PS - the front desk clerk did not have a mask on - openly defying the governor's orders. do yourself a favor - do what I do - stay at the Hyatt!

  Not HIlton nor DoubleTree Standards

  Was not even remotely a fan of this hotel. I often price shop when looking for properties. When I saw a Double Tree Room in the Pittsburgh vicinity under $100 I jumped at the chance but I was sorry I had not done more research. This is one of those hotels which has major parking on a basement level in which one needs to take the elevator up to the lobby. Completely underwhelming, dingy decor with some middle age casino folks wandering around drinking out of Solo cups thrown in for good measure. Entering a hotel from the basement level at the back at night where it would appear deliveries come in never makes the right kind of impression. -dingy interior, dark in spots, damp smell and just old. -a relatively nice but sort of disinterested front desk clerk who seemed more interest to chat with friends than provide any real help. -our room had a cooling unit in a cage that appears to have been ripped from a old McDonnell Douglas aircraft. It was as loud as an AC unit I had ever heard and nearly as complicated instructions for just turning it off to save our ears. If we had needed it for cooling I have no idea what we would have done. -due to COVID-19 there was no breakfast ability. Had a decent breakfast down the road at Eat N Park instead.

  Great Stay- Great People

  Staying at a hotel during a pandemic can be scary..i felt at ease the moment I walked through the doors. The hotel is taking all precautions and was extremely clean and well maintained, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions . Would definately stay at this location again if back in town! Thank you for the exceptional service

  Nothing Fancy, But Clean & Comfortable.

  Hallways and common areas are a little dated, but room was clean & comfortable and the staff was nice. This area is close to an interstate so easy come, easy go. I would have no issues with staying here again.
