Subpar Hilton HotelFor a Hilton brand, it seemed a little subpar. It was nice, but dated. There was construction at the entrance, so getting in and out was somewhat of a nightmare. Pros: -Staff was very friendly and helpful -Pool area was nice -Beds were comfortable Cons: -Dated, worn facilities -Starbucks was a nice amenity, but definitely not same products (tasted no espresso in my late) -Shower drain VERY slow to drain Should also point out that they claim to have the room seals for sanitation during COVID, but I didnt see a single one on the 14th floor. Would also be convenient to have a mini fridge in the room (my fault for not checking, but still would be nice to have them). Overall, there are better places to stay downtown Omaha for similar price point.

YuckOn top of the dirty bathtub (which by the way still had a ring around it after the nice front desk girl cleaned the dirt on the bottom). I had to stand with the water pooling up around my ankles while taking a shower. Very gross especially given the conditions of the bathtub! My tv remote was sticky and clearly not cleaned as per your promise to guests. Also, I understand this next concern is not the fault of the hotel, however, there was a room that had a "get together" and would yell, scream and holler in the hallway all throughout the night. Needless to say, I did not even get a restful night's sleep. Perhaps this is why I should keep staying with Marriott, as I have not had an issue with them. This was such a waste of money I should have just kept driving. Thank you for your cut and paste response to my concern. Have a wonderful day. {Lease do not take this personally, this is strictly constructive criticism of the hotel itself and how disappointed I am with the Hilton brand at this moment in time.

Horrible. Avoid1. The entire front of the hotel is under construction. Any taxi/uber rides are dropped off at the street and you have to walk up a steep incline. They can take you around the back but there is no real identification of that entrance to identify with a driver. 2. They put stickers on the doors to (I guess) indicate a room has been clean. It's ripping off the stain/wood so all the doors look ugly. 3. I have been a HH member since 2011. After breaking my foot the night before, I asked for a late check out as I was on crutches. They said I could only have until noon. I rushed out of the room - left the deadbolt engaged so that some guy from housekeeping could help me with my luggage (again, on crutches). Stayed with a friend but had Door Dash delivered to the former room...only to discover the former room at 7pm had the dead bolt still engaged, nobody had addressed the room. It had remained empty without housekeeping all day (our empty shopping bags and shampoo were still in there - it was obvious the room hadn't been addressed or secured) and yet they wouldn't allow me a late check out due to being injured. 4. Called the front desk for the airport shuttle (good luck finding Ubers in this town) and was told I was on the 7:30am shuttle. Arrived at 7:25, waited until 7:35 and called the front desk only to be told the driver left at 7:21am since he thought he had everyone. I was trying to get to the airport a bit early to give me time to hobble to the gate. He finally came back around 8am - my flight departed at 9:05. 5. Was not told the digital key only worked on one device. Daughter locked out of room as she went back early to get ready for tournament. She tried to get a key from the front desk but was denied even with ID (same last name). She ended up being late as I had to leave lunch and rush back to get her into the room. 6. The rooms are incredibly dated. The linens are also very old. Bathrooms super tiny. 7. The bar/restaurant is not open on Sundays - your only dining choice is the convenient store/market in the lobby - but you have to wait to be let in as they lock it. What a disappointing stay - returning to Omaha (again for another tournament) but chose a different Hilton property. Maybe this hotel will appreciate my loyalty?

Drop offdropped off something for a friend of mine here, staff did not write down room number and was in no rush to deliver it even though i mentioned it was perishable. called about an hour later to see if they had sent it up to the room, and they hadn't. they simply replied with "we'll get right on it" and hung up on me before i could even say the room number. Would not return.
