  Elizabeth is the best

  Elizabeth B has been incredibly helpful taking time out of her personal life to ship an important item I left behind. She worked w house keeping, called me back , fought the line at the post office , and wouldnt accept anything but my thanks. Can wait to come back to town and stay here again!

  Great Experience

  My friend and I came to Midland to visit Miss Cayces Christmas Wonderland. This hotel was reasonably priced and close to lots of restaurants. Lorri and Donna at the front desk were superb!!! They both continually went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Our room was clean and comfy. The bathroom amenities were Crabtree and Evelyn. I would definitely stay here again.

  Worst Hilton Property I have Stayed at in a Long Time

  When I checked in, I had to wait for the only employee on-site to finish her text message to look at me. I then was given keys to a room which did not have "Hilton Clean Seal", had clearly not been prepared for a guest, and was innundated in horrific water damage, rotting cabinetry and mold growth. I clearly asked for another room, which I received after waiting 12 minutes for the only employee on-site to check in another guest. My new room was clearly water-damaged, had fungal growth, and was not fit for any human; however, after 12 hours behind the wheel, and an early start, I just leveled with. I cannot believe that a property like this is allowed to carry a Hilton name of any kind. I have never seen deferred maintenance and subsequent damage as profound as I did in this property. Mind you, this is an area void of the pandemic-related economic downturn of many areas. This was just sad, and unfortunately fell in line with the many experiernces my company personnel have had recently at "Hilton" branded hotels. Do not stay here. Best Western and Motel 6 are way better in this market.

  Did Not Get What I Paid For Nor What I Was Promised!

  I had made a room reservation over 2 month prior to the arrival date. I was in town for a sporting event for my child. I had reserved 2 queen beds for 2 adults and my 17 year old daughter child. Before arriving to the hotel, I had called the front desk and to ensure there would be no problems with my room since I was checking in late. They receptionist stated as long as I checked in by 1:00 AM that I would be fine. Once I arrived there only 1 King beds were available. I requested for a roller away and was told they were out. So 3 people had to sleep on 1 King bed. My daughter did not get a good nights rest for her game. I was then told we could move into 2 beds the next day and they would award me hilton honor points for the inconvenience. I called the next morning after 11:00 and was told there still was no 2 queen beds. However, Donna the receptionist asked me why didn't I get a rollaway last night since they had plenty left? Not sure why since I specifically asked for one!? Donna did apologized. I then reminded her of the extra hilton honor points I was promised. She then stated she would email the GM to remind her. Over a week went by I check my hilton honors points and I was never given the extra points. I then call the hotel and still nothing. I am a gold member. I don't feel this is the way to treat a customer. Especially a gold member. I was never offered any upgrades, waters nor anything that Gold members typically get.

  Don't waste your money here

  We were there this weekend for a sporting event. When we arrived the staff was very rude, no one acknowledged me when i walked in. We were not given 2 beds even though I booked this room a month in advance. we got 1 king bed room. They said that they over booked and gave us another room expecting us to split up. We decided my daughter and her friend could stay in one room and we would stay in the other room. We went to the room they gave us our keys didn't work, we went downstairs they tried to fix the problem we go back upstairs and the keys still did not work, I called down stairs and advised the keys didnt work. The guy from the front desk came to the room and used the managers key only to find out the room was occupied. The guy then tells us he's sorry and he didn't have any rooms available for us to stay and suggested we go stay at the Motel down the street. I demanded another room and he advised that they had nothing. We finally got a room at 330 in the morning. We traveled for 6 hours and waited around for 2 hours for them to fix the problem. When we got into a room and it was disgusting. The used soap was left from the last guest, the water was brown, it seemed like they hadn't vacuumed the carpets in days. The hotel is nice walking in but once you get out of the elevators your hit with a foul smell of dirtiness. Do not waste your time here!!!
