  Agradable y con buen equilibrio precio/prestaciones

  Es un hotel agradable, bien mantenido, con habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó) amplias y cómodas. El desayuno no es gran cosa, por usd 14 aprox, pero como alternativa tienes un Starbucks a unos metros. La piscina cubierta es relativamente pequeña y el area de fitness esta bastante bien, con el set de maquinas correcto y de buena calidad.

  Excelente estadia

  Excelentes instalaciones y personal amigable ,muy bien localizado el servicio de restaurante es excelente tambien ,habitaciones muy limpias y comodas, las instalaciones como el gimnasio ,alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias y comfortables ,de verdad se disfrutan,en un ambiente calido y amigable, el personal siempre disponible para ayudarte

  Enjoyable stay but still small issues

  We were in town for a family occasion and really appreciated the proximity of this Hilton to our location, as well the plentiful shopping and dining right around it. Beds were very comfortable and loved the pillows! However, a few small issues detracted from our stay. You almost went overboard to protect guests from Covid-19 and made the stay less comfortable. You removed the information book without providing an alternate means of getting the information...was the pool open...what time is checkout...what time is breakfast available, etc. We thought it might be found on the TV, but unfortunately, all our TV showed under the channel guide was " No information found" for EVERY channel. We couldn't even comfortably watch TV as we had no idea what was playing on any channel. You provided cups for coffee...but no cups in the bathroom to even rinse one's mouth while brushing one's teeth! We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant...had to ASK for silverware, napkins, salt...as I said, you went so overboard for Covid protection that common sense went out the door. Won't stop us from staying at a Hilton again, but these should be easily fixable issues.

  Nice stay

  I stayed for two nights. I live in the area, and realized I never know how accommodations are if I need to recommend a place for out-of-town guests. Note that I stayed during the pandemic. I reserved online. I liked that I could pick my own room from a floor plan. I picked the west side for "mountain view". I was worried about noise from I-25, but the rooms are set back far enough that it wasn't a factor. Check in was fast. Woman was efficient, but not necessarily warm and welcoming. Lots of signs about social distancing, and hand sanitizer by the elevator. Stickers over the door and door jamb to show the room has been cleaned and untouched since housekeeping left it. Its a cute idea (sealed) but kind of pointless, when you think about it. The room seemed clean. Another COVID-19 cleaning touch a paper sleeve around the TV remote, that it had been cleaned. Two cup coffee maker with two packets of coffee (I had Arabica and Columbian) and two teas. Mini fridge, hair dryer. No vending machines because they have the hotel store, but there are microwaves on each floor (I'm assuming) by the stairwells. The PROs: nice, comfy bed. Big, thick, soft towels. Iron and ironing board. Everything worked. The CONs: The only place to hang towels are the knobs on the back of the bathroom door. Was about to hang my hand/face towel there, when I noticed the door had water marks. Because of course, no one ever cleans doors. So just had to lay it on the counter, which is kind of gross. It was okay with just me, but if there were two of us, it definitely would have been a problem. Was getting ready to leave for dinner, when I noticed the atomic clock was 10 minutes slower than my phone. I checked all around the sides, top, bottom no way to adjust the time. Good thing I wasnt relying on it for a business meeting! If you need a 100% dark room, these arent it. Some hotels have long drapes that block the AC/heating unit, but these rooms have shorter curtains above the AC/heater, which seems smart. Excepttheres about an 8 gap, which means the morning sun streams through underneath the shorter curtains, even if youre on the west side (see picture). Cleanliness it wasnt until the second day that I noticed a small red/brown smudge of something (blood? snot?) on the bathroom light switch cover. Gross. Normally, I wouldnt have thought too much about it. But since were in a world-wide pandemic and one way of transmission is through contact with contaminated hard surfaces, every single hard surface touch point should be cleaned and sanitized. Their site even says, Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles. Missed the mark. But overall, a nice stay.

  I traveled to Thornton to visit family and booked 4 nights. Due to flight delay I didn't arrive at the hotel until after midnight. The desk attendant, Joe, checked me in and off I went to my room. When I opened the door and turned on the light I was met with a person asleep in the bed. I was shocked!! I have been to a number of hotels and motels during my travels and hadn't ever heard of this happening. How does the computer allow the attendant to double book a room? I returned to the desk and advised Joe that someone was already in the room. He was almost as shocked as I was. He was as apologetic as possible, but it took 10 minutes to get reassigned a room. I was so tired it seemed like hours. After getting another room, I trudged off to find it. After entering this room, I noticed a long black hair on the comforter. At this point I just needed sleep and didn't say anything. The hotel itself feels dated, and there was frayed carpet at the door. The bathroom mirror was dusty, but as others have noted the pillows and other bedding are very nice. It's been 5 days now and I have yet to receive a receipt, but I have received 2 a receipt and 2 surveys with another persons name on it, but it's my email. Now I question the security. I didn't hate the place, and had a tough time choosing 2 or three stars, but as I wrote this I realized there were some serious security issues here with my info as well as allowing me to walk in on a sleeping stranger. Always bolt your door and flip the latch..
