  EXCELENTE SERVICIO, MALA HABITACION

  Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción y el registro fue rápido. La habitación asignada no nos gustó porque quedaba cerca de un área exterior donde otras personas fumaban y el olor se colaba por el aire acondicionado que no es centralizado sino de los que van en las paredes, el mismo que hace mucho ruido por la noche. La alfombra literalmente APESTABA!! la ubicación es excelente si te quedas de paso para abordar un vuelo muy temprano al día siguiente. el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto es excelente.En general es un buen hotel pero no me quedaría mas de una noche, el precio es razonable tomando en cuenta la ubicación y los servicios.

  Older property, but clean, comfortable and convenient

  Stayed for one night after a few days in the area visiting family and friends. Used Hilton Honors Diamond to reserve a King room. I checked-in via digital key. The floor was quiet and I had a restful nights sleep. The property is not serving food at this time. The room was very clean and I experienced no issues during this stay. The property is conveniently located close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  No Honors benefits whatsoever, but great staff.

  Checking in, no cookies, no waters (normally included for Honors), no breakfast offered (also normal with Honors). The cookies, OK you ran out, but no raincheck offered. No waters offered. I didn't ask. The restaurant is closed because of Covid and it didn't bother me until I came down and saw boxed breakfasts for sale. It should have been offered being Diamond. By that point I had eaten nutrition bars I brought with me, so I again didn't ask. BUT, I should not have to ask. The whole experience left me minority annoyed enough to cancel my remaining stays scheduled there and book across the highway. Having status with three chains comes in handy. On the plus side, the morning clerk was friendly and both shuttle drivers were friendly and prompt. The evening clerk was friendly even if nothing was offered.

  overnight stay before early morning flight

  This is either the 3rd or 4th time weve stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight and have been satisfied in the past....but definitely not this time. The whole room was covered in strawberry blonde hair (certainly not any of ours) and was rather beat up. The side jamb of the door was ripped off and posed a definite safety/splinter hazard. Overall, Id say this place has turned into a dump. In the morning when we were checking out, we learned it no longer is a free amenity to leave your car parked there when flying out of CVG - which is completely fine but should have been stated during booking. Another surprise was the 7min shuttle drive to the airport when it used to be about 2min - not the hotels fault but needs to be noted due to new construction at the airport. We will never stay there again. Weve had much better luck in the past on the north side of the interstate.

  Diversion

  My team and I were diverted to CVG because of weather. We got to the hotel at approx. 230am and the manager Nicholas took swift care in getting us all checked in quickly knowing it had been a long day. He was warm, friendly and professional, wasting no time in getting all of us taken care of and into our comfortable rooms. I will take a diversion into CVG any time. Thanks so much Nick, you're the best!!
