  Amazing Hotel

  Wow! The last time I stayed here this hotel was under renovation. What a transformation! The rooms are beautiful and I love the colors they chose. Walking around the hotel, it has a completely different feel. The team is so nice and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will be back in the area again and this will be my new home. And I never realized how many meeting rooms were here. If you havent been to see this new hotel to stay, you need too!

  Home away from home. Im a full time traveler and this location is definitely one of the best hotel I go to. Staff is professional, room are clean, hotel is renovated and the WiFi is fast and reliable. Restaurant in the hotel is top notch. Go for the salmon and homemade chips. For more health conscious people, salads are always fresh. No need for food delivery. Everything is right here.

  What a pleasant surprise- amazing lobby with top notch details and totally modern decor that led right into my room! I appreciate the elevation! The staff also made me feel so welcomed. Double thumbs up!!

  I have recommended this hotel when staying in uptown Moco. The staff is super friendly. Hotel has been recently renovated with a modern touch. Will continue to recommend my business partners who are traveling into md . See you soon! Thank your for your hospitality!

  Not full service

  This former Hilton now downgraded to DoubleTree hotel has its ups and downs. The hotel is generally renovated.. to a very modern design however the hotel has very old bones.. I was on the top floor of the hotel and the noise from the highways that surround and the train is just unbearable. That hotel is all so using covid-19 as an excuse to cut most Services making this hotel nothing more than a glorified Hampton inn ironically the Hampton inn offers more services at the current time. There is a restaurant on site however it's closed and only open for carryout with limited hours and days I tried to place an order yet the phone just rang and rang and then called the front desk they said call the number I just called and it rang and rang so guess what I didn't order food from the hotel and ended up ordering a pizza from Dominos. as a diamond member I had to ask for an upgrade which was really a top floor room with a balcony overlooking a concrete jungle.. the checking experience was very odd the person checking me in did not have a face mask on was surrounded by plexiglass with signs and that face mask are required. I'm not being a Karen I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy. The breakfast offering is the biggest joke there is the hotel would like to sell you a $10 plastic bag with a bottle of orange juice they thing of yogurta piece of food and a prepackaged not fresh pastry or bagel with no way to heat the bagel. If you're lucky enough to have status you can get this plastic bag for free. Wow The room was a very old hotel School layout with a small bathroom and a decent size room like I said the hotel was recently modernized but yet it felt old. The TV selection was very lacking missing major television networks. I understand that covid-19 has really destroyed the hospitality industry but his people are starting to travel in hotels that are allegedly full service continue to manipulate and make major cutbacks is just frustrating the no end.
