  Comfortable accommodation. Close to public transport. Close to a wide range of great restaurants. Top class service. Staff always cheerful and responsive. This is a place I would definitely choose for my accommodation on my next visit.

  Awesome, quiet, accessible

  Had a GREAT stay here this weekend for a wedding -- was able to walk to the ceremony and reception, everything was lovely and cosy. I love the lobby, it's a great place to hang out with friends and drink coffee and spend time. 4 stars because at check-in, i asked for parking to be added, and they said it would be added to my room but it wasn't. So we actually got trapped in the parking garage after checkout, blocking up a whole line of cars because we couldn't swipe out to open the gate

  Kudos to Ethiopia!

  This is a long time coming. I stayed at the hotel in January just for one night. Id stayed there before but it appeared to not be on record. But anyway, I was checked in by Ethiopia and she was explaining the hotel and I mentioned Id stayed before. Love the hotel which is why I go back. Shortly after getting to my room I get a knock at the door. Low and behold its Ethiopia with a welcome bag with all these nutritious snacks. LOL! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. That was AMAZING customer service!!! So again, kudos to Ethiopia!!

  Worse than minimal housekeeping

  Weve been here before, but may not come again. Their Welcome letter to Valued Guests says they do housekeeping every third day. OK. But on the third day of a four day stay, nothing! The front desk person said: Oh no, its every fifth day. But he would send us new towels. The welcome sheet in front of his nose says three days, we showed him. The person delivering towels: It is every third day, but its Sunday, and no housekeeping staff works Sunday. Hey Sheraton corporate: do you need to file for bankruptcy to provide even minimal services to your Valued Guests?

  A Place to Lay Your Head

  If all you're looking for is a clean bed to lay your head,this is it. Very spartan, think military baracks with good sheets or dorm room without the decorations. It's probably about two years past its remodel date so I'm surprised it's a Sheraton/Marriott brand since they typically have high standards. The front desk check-in was smooth and friendly. There was Starbucks coffee in the room with real creamer. The free parking enticed us.
