Buen Hotel - Pésimo servicio de Room ServiceSi bien el hotel está muy bien, buenas habitaciones, en la recepción facilitan y ayudan con todo... el room service es horrible!! Tardan muchísimo 40 minutos para un café! En cuanto llamas, el nivel de inglés es pésimo... mi acento en inglés puede ser difícil, pero en ningún lugar he tenido problemas con ello... en este hotel cada noche era un desafío. Por encima una noche pido una pizza y se encuentra manchada de cenizas en la base....asqueroso! El personal del roomservice a la habitación no habla inglés, por lo cual solicitar el cambio es una odisea.... por lo demás todo perfecto!

Great experience.Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Beilun - Ningbo 7-8 2019 Reception was professional, fast and welcoming. The hotel is relatively new and in very good condition. Our hosts selected this hotel for us to attend their wedding reception that was held in the main ballroom. Room 2301 exceeded expectations. It is a lovely fresh room, of a good size with a nice outlook over the nearby park and city. The bathroom is also above average and provides all modern ammenities. It has a full-size bath, with a separate shower and a separate toilet cubicles. The towels are large, fluffy and fresh. Wifi worked well and is complimentary with our room. The TV is of a good size with free movies as the normal foreign TV channels didnt work during our stay. Breakfast is available but we didnt have the chance to try it due to other arrangements. The location is great, being near a park, and only a short walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. There is also easy access to taxis, and a nearby 800m subway station. Concierge service was good. Overall, a very good experience that exceeded USA Doubletree expectations. The overall experience is five stars and would happily stay here in future. Thank you for a great experience in Beilun - Ningbo.

Brilliant experienceEnjoyable 2 night stay Arrived late from the airport in a scary taxi which rolled around the road - I suspect the car needed new shock absorbers A warm welcome on arrival - a very quick and cheerful checkin and very quickly in the room. Room was exactly as described - a never smoke room - clean, comfortable and while on Level 8 and close to the road no road noise Hotel breakfast fare was spot on - best to arrive early as it fills up quickly A short 20 minute walk away is a 5 story shopping mall - for me the attraction was finding a good coffee shop. The people (staff) make a hotel The hotel has great staff

The front office manager explained that he didn't deal with me because he misunderstood the member account which was bloIn early January this year, I checked into ningbo beilun shimao Hilton doubletree hotel for the first time. My first impression was ok. The second day, my friend wanted to come over to renew the room. Lovely family stayThis stay in July 2020 with my two young sons (5 & 9) was the one that set the standard. DoubleTree was to become my younger son's favourite hotel brand. Check-in was perfect. Lovely hot cookies were very appreciated by my boys. The room (premier king) was beautiful. The swimming pool (a top attraction for us) was lovely. The VIP lounge was still open, and was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We were very impressed, and vowed to return.
