  Would definitely recommend

  Absolutely stunning room we stayed in. We stayed for 4 nights - brilliant stay. Was very clean, nothing at fault within the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Based in Hull city centre which was very accessible for the shops, shopping centres and restaurants. Very close to the train station too which was very helpful. The only downfall was the restaurant and drinks were quite pricey, but you got what you paid for! The food was really nice and cocktails were beaut. We will definitely be back!

  Amazing staff, amazing steak

  I have stayed for more than a week in the hotel. Service excellent, cleanliness excellent. Rooms very comfortable. Amy served me a medium rare steak off the set menu cooked by Lee. It was the most perfectly cooked steak I have had in at least 3 years and it was good value for money. I will be staying there again.

  Excellent, safe and friendly half-term stay

  Just back from a fabulous stay at the Doubletree in Hull, where everything was excellent - from check-in to check-out, we experienced extremely friendly and helpful service, excellent standard of rooms and facilities and great food. The hotel manage covid safety measures, facemasks, sanitation and distancing really well and it felt very safe and under control. That didn't take away from the hospitality and high levels of service though - everyone extended a very warm welcome and were extremely helpful. We had adjoining rooms for our two children - 18months and 7yo - which was brilliant, the rooms were gorgeous and really comfortable beds. We all slept soundly. We ate in the restaurant both nights for ease and the staff were fantastic (shout out to Patrick who served us Monday night who was fantastic) - the menu offers were great and the food was good. Location wise, it was fantastically central - we went to the Deep and the beach at Hornsea and had great days out with the little ones. We'd happily stay again and would warmly recommend to anyone to stay.

  Fantastic

  Absolutely fantastic hotel which isnt far from the centre of Hull around 5 mins walk. The staff were all very friendly from the moment we checked in we were made to fell welcome until we checked out. The hotel is absolutely spotless with fantastic covid procedures in place which made us feel safe whilst staying. Room was lovely , spacious and very clean with everything you need and we had a greats nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of hot / cold food again served by fast , efficient and friendly staff. We had steak for a treat last night in the Marco Pierre restaurant this was absolutely amazing ! We honestly cant wait to return it this hotel hoping it will be sooner rather than later , I just want to take this opportunity to thank the staff and management team for everything you are doing , take care , stay safe and well see you soon.   Not impressed or satisfied. Would book something else.

  I called in advance to ask if they had a EU/UK adapter for power supply. I was insured that was the case and it would be ready for me at arrival. I arrived but no adapter available. Only room service was available and I ordered a pizza where the red onions were missing. At check out I asked for a receipt which was not possible due to a failure with a printer. I was insured that it would be sent by email. That was not the case. I had to call 3 times before they finally manage to sent an invoice. I am not impressed or satisfied.
